Role Responsibilities:
1. To engage, convert, acquire and onboard new and warm audiences using multi-channel such as direct dialogue, digital (e.g. journey planning and mapping, email/SMS), and telemarketing aligned to reflect VSO’s Purpose.
2. Manage VSO’s direct dialogue fundraising programmes, making choices and decisions on a commercial basis to deliver accelerated income growth.
3. Project management and overview of direct dialogue fundraising in the UK and US (new market) and introducing one other new market in 2027.
4. Providing clear visibility of relationships and performance, alongside managing and monitoring the performance of suppliers.
5. Ongoing attrition and KPI monitoring, evaluation, and improvement planning to maximise new donor acquisition and growth VSO’s donor files.
6. Initiate and proactively help identify new (market appropriate) audiences, campaigns, and acquisition products to engage and acquire new donors and income for VSO.

This role is based at the National Greyhound Centre, Horley, Surrey, RH6 9SX, with a minimum of three days in the office and the option to work two days from home.
Job role:
Each year, thousands of greyhounds across the UK rely on the generosity of supporters of the Greyhound Trust to find safe, loving homes. With an annual income of around £4.5 million, individual giving and gifts in Wills is central to our income generation strategy and this role lead its growth and development.
This role is perfect for an experienced fundraiser ready to own the individual giving and gift in Wills strategy end to end. You will set the direction for donor communications, appeals and the legacy pipeline, taking responsibility for income from individual donors and KPIs while working closely with the Head of Income Generation and Engagement to contribute to the overall income generation and engagement strategy.
You will take the lead in developing, testing, learning and growing the direct marketing programme and developing supporter journeys both online and offline. You’ll develop our email marketing and online supporter journeys for now and the future.
This is a broad, varied role, for a senior fundraiser. Whether your background is strongest in individual giving, community fundraising, legacies, digital or data, if you are a confident communicator with proven experience of owning fundraising strategy, income and supplier relationships ready to take your next step in animal welfare, this is the role for you.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the stories, propositions and cases for support that inspire major investment in Crisis' work. As Proposition Development Manager, you will lead the creation of compelling fundraising narrative, donor propositions and communications that engage high-value supporters and help secure transformational support.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex information into powerful fundraising narratives.
Your experience
We are very open to hearing from a range of candidates with different backgrounds. You may be:
A trusts fundraising professional with strong writing skills who enjoys shaping propositions, funding opportunities and strategic narratives
A Fundraising Communications Manager, Case for Support Manager or Development Manager, creating compelling fundraising products, campaigns and donor-facing content.
A senior copywriter, content strategist or journalist with some experience of high value fundraising.
About you
You are an exceptional writer with experience creating high-quality, persuasive content for fundraising, communications or marketing audiences.
You have developed successful cases for support, fundraising propositions or campaigns that engage and inspire high value supporters.
You have professional copywriting experience in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
You are highly organised and able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
You enjoy collaborating across teams and translating complex information into clear, compelling stories and funding opportunities.
Above all, you are motivated by Crisis' mission and committed to using communications to help end homelessness.

A Rocha UK is a unique Christian nature conservation charity, mobilising Christians and churches to care for the natural world. We are a member of the Worldwide A Rocha Family, a federation of Christian conservation charities, and we have sister organisations in 23 other countries. A Rocha UK has a staff of 25 and many volunteers. We run nature conservation activities on our own reserves, advise a national network of conservation partners, inspire Christians to protect nature and act on climate change through our Wild Christian scheme, and run the popular Eco Church scheme for local churches. As Grants and Impact Manager you will be stewarding small and large Trust and Foundation donors, researching new prospects, and writing compelling applications using detailed case studies compiled by the team. The Grants and Impact Manager will also coordinate the development of a new Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) programme, strengthening our ability to measure, understand, and communicate the impact of our work. A key part of this will be focusing on evidencing and enhancing the positive change created by Caring in Bristol, ensuring that funders and stakeholders can clearly see the difference their support makes.
