The ISM is now looking for an experienced and talented Senior Communications Officer to join our team, reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding writer and communications professional to help raise the profile of the ISM, promote the value of membership and engage professional musicians through high-quality content and campaigns.
You will lead on the planning, writing, editing and publication of content across a wide range of channels, including the ISM website, newsletters, publications, marketing materials and external media. You will be responsible for developing compelling and persuasive content that supports membership growth, strengthens the ISM brand and communicates the organisation's work effectively to members and the wider music sector.
You will also play a key role in managing the ISM's content strategy and SEO activity, working closely with the Website and Marketing Manager to improve content performance, increase visibility and attract new audiences through search. This will include content planning, keyword research, link-building activity and reporting on performance and engagement.
Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will identify opportunities to showcase the work of the ISM Group, including its campaigns, events, resources, legal services and thought leadership. You will also work closely with the Chief Executive on the production of Music Journal, secure profile-raising opportunities for senior representatives and support the development of speeches, presentations and briefing materials.
You will have significant experience in a communications, content, copywriting or marketing role and be able to demonstrate exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills. You will have experience of producing engaging content for a variety of audiences and channels, alongside a strong understanding of content marketing, brand management and SEO best practice. If possible, you should have a music background.

Purpose of the Role
The Youth Insights Programme Lead is responsible for leading the effective design, planning and delivery of assigned Youth Insights panels and projects. The role bridges strategic leadership and operational delivery, ensuring that panels are well designed, well facilitated, well coordinated and deliver high-quality insight for partners.

1. Programme Design and Delivery

2. Operational Partner Management

- Monitor delivery quality and participant experience.
- Provide feedback to facilitators and escalate quality concerns where needed.

5. Youth Engagement and Inclusion
- Ensure young people are meaningfully involved, listened to and supported throughout their participation.
- Work with the Programme Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, retention and engagement.
- Monitor participant experience and respond to issues or barriers to participation.
- Identify gaps in representation within assigned panels and work with the Programme Coordinator and Programme Manager to address them.

6. Programme Coordination and Project Management
- Develop and maintain delivery plans for assigned Youth Insights panels.

This role forms part of Southwark’s commissioned Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and Domestic Abuse (DA) service, delivered through a consortium partnership led by Bede.
The post holder will coordinate and deliver structured group-based interventions for children and young people affected by domestic abuse, alongside partnership working and service development. The role requires an experienced practitioner able to work autonomously and ensure all interventions are trauma-informed, safe, and responsive. Training will also be given.
Reporting to: (LNK CEO) & Bede VAWG Service Lead): Reporting to: Lives Not Knives CEO (for formal line management and employment matters), with operational coordination and clinical case supervision provided by Bede's VAWG Service Lead.
Programme Delivery & Coordination
• Support the delivery of 1:1 interventions in line with agreed referral pathways and safeguarding procedures, working within Bede systems and processes.
• Deliver structured group programmes, supporting the delivery of established programme materials and content.

JOB TITLE: Project Officer - Adapted Sports
DEPARTMENT: Chelsea Foundation
LOCATION: Stamford Bridge, London
CONTRACT: 12-month FTC, 35 hours any 5 of 7 days (including evenings, weekends and anti-social hours when needed)
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To lead on all Adapted Sport Programmes at Chelsea FC Foundation. Specifically developing and delivering new strands of adapted sports sessions across a variety of sports that target population of 40 years+, working closely with local and national stakeholders.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To work closely with the Population Health Senior Project officer to develop, deliver and lead adapted sports programmes, in line with the requirements set out by the funding providers. Activities may include walking football, tennis, cricket, rugby, netball or boccia.
- Deliver a range of adapted sports and lifestyle changing activities within the Community and across NHS partnerships, including provision during evening and weekends.
- Deliver and coordinate pathways for special population programmes and support the Health and Wellbeing team with referrals.
- Ensure success stories are captured, working with Chelsea FC Foundation/Chelsea FC media staff.
- Prepare delivery programmes and sessions plans that support the project outcomes. Ensuring participation forms, recording sheets and registers are completed accurately and entered in CFCF’s monitoring and evaluation systems.
- Support the line management of adapted sports programme staff.
- Work with the Health and Wellbeing team to build external relationships to sustain future programme funding.
- Ensure all CFCF health & safety and safeguarding procedures are implemented prior to any activity starting, including quality assuring sessional staff delivery.
MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE:

- Build relationships with partner charities, CCO’s, NGB’s and local authorities for the benefit of the Adapted Sports programme.
- To lead on the monitoring and evaluation for all Adapted Sports projects in accordance with the needs of each funder, including liaison with the Premier League Charitable Fund as a ‘Salesforce’ user.
- Be responsible for the safeguarding of participants across all Adapted Sports programmes, liaising and reporting into the Safeguarding Lead for Health and Wellbeing and associated partner Safeguarding Team’s to ensure a clear line of reporting to CFC Safeguarding Hub.
- Ensure success stories are captured through working with Chelsea FC Foundation/Chelsea FC media staff.
- Complete and submit project reports at 6-month intervals, or as and when required internally or in accordance with the needs of each funder.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
Essential
- Relevant professional and/or academic qualifications or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the industry sector.
- Level 1 Sports Coaching Qualification, Emergency Aid and Safeguarding Children Certificates.

The Patient Support Service provides practical, emotional and financial support for anyone affected by chronic kidney disease. About the role
We are looking for a passionate and inspirational individual to lead our Patient Support service across Scotland & Northern Ireland. You and your team will reach kidney patients at their point of need and ensure they are supported or signposted to the services that will improve their wellbeing and maximise outcomes in line with the objectives of the service as directed by the Programme Manager/Head of Service.
Alongside our other Regional Managers, you will be the national face of Kidney Care UK patient support services, raising awareness of the service and the Charity and building strong relationships with the kidney patients, renal units, Kidney Patient Associations (KPAs), health professionals and other kidney stakeholder groups in your regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of five Patient Support Officer’s to deliver an accessible, valued and effective service across your designated region. Responsibility for the training, development and wellbeing of the regional team.
- Lead the delivery of Kidney Care UK service and funder required outcomes into service delivery aligned with the Kidney Care Patient Support service strategy.
- Through in-person attendance at stakeholder events and meetings, build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in health and care commissioning and delivery in your region.
- Develop and maintain effective monitoring and measurement to demonstrate the outputs and effectiveness of the service and its impact on patient experience and outcomes.
- Using data and insight, report internally and externally with updates on regional issues, needs and challenges to inform service development.
- Manage the budget designated for your region, keeping accurate records of expenditure and reporting.
- Act as an organisational Designated Safeguarding Person in accordance with policy and procedures.
About you
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Understanding of the workings of NHS patient care pathways.
- Experience of delivering patient support services in a kidney or related health condition environment.
- Understanding of kidney disease and the needs of people with kidney disease, their families and their carers.
- The ability to influence, inspire and effectively manage a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to listen, with experience in building credibility with senior external stakeholders and managing relationships with diplomacy.

About the role
CoramBAAF’s membership is central to the organisation’s aims and activities. The Member Services Team provides a comprehensive service to corporate, associate and individual members and customers in all four nations of the UK. The team manages and tracks member renewals, enrols new members, implements recruitment and retention strategies, co-ordinates service delivery to members and handles a wide range of membership enquiries.
The team is also responsible for the licensing of CoramBAAF’s health and social work report forms, essential to practice in adoption, fostering, kinship care and other substitute care UK-wide. Activities to support the licence scheme include managing and tracking licence renewals, coordinating the release of new and updated forms, enrolling new licence holders and handling a wide range of queries.
The Member Services Manager will provide leadership and line management across both membership and the forms licence scheme. We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Recovery Worker to provide high-quality support to women affected by substance use, trauma, multiple disadvantage, and contact with the criminal justice system. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, trauma-responsive advocacy and support to women in contact with, or at risk of being in contact with the criminal justice system with a specific focus on Substance Use and Trauma.
- Design, coordinate and deliver one to one and group interventions to assist women to achieve their goals.
- Complete safeguarding referrals where appropriate and support women’s safety through involving them in the safeguarding process.
- Take a collaborative multi-agency approach to supporting women, including representing and supporting women at multi-agency meetings.
- Involve women in the design and delivery of interventions, ensuring that they are at the heart of the work at all times.
- Undertake all aspects of case management and recording including developing and documenting individual support plans with women.
- Work in line with Data Protection legislation, maintaining confidential service-user records of interventions and contact details.

Emergency Nutrition Network (ENN) is a respected UK charity working to reduce undernutrition globally. We connect technical experts, build evidence and improve knowledge to strengthen nutrition policy and programming, particularly in low- and middle-income countries and fragile and conflict-affected settings.
This is an exciting opportunity to join ENN at an important stage in its development. The Finance Manager will work closely with the CEO, Management Team and Board of Trustees, providing strategic financial insight, overseeing financial governance and supporting effective decision-making across the organisation.
About the role
The Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering ENN’s finance strategy in support of its five-year organisational goals.
- Providing financial insight, analysis and risk management advice to the Management Team and Board of Trustees.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Overseeing core finance operations, including multi-currency accounting, payroll, cash flow and financial controls.

Job Profile
This role will lead CAFOD’s policy and advocacy work aimed at building a fairer global financial system. The post holder will have a solid understanding of contemporary global economic issues, including the global debt crisis, development finance and the workings of international multilateral organisations. About you and the role
The School Food Project is an ambitious coalition-led initiative dedicated to transforming the school food system. To achieve this, we are deploying three distinct school engagement models: Beacon schools (intensive, in-person, deep-impact sites), Explorer schools (hybrid training and peer learning), and Discovery schools (online only support).
We are seeking an exceptional School Food Project Coordinator to serve as the operational engine room and central connective tissue of this project. Reporting directly to the Programme Manager for the School Food Project, this role will be responsible for ownership of all school-level coordination.
As the primary point of contact for all participating schools, you will bridge the gap between the school and the individual coalition’s delivery leads. You will be responsible for nurturing school relationships, maintaining seamless communication across all delivery partners, and ensuring that vital monitoring, evaluation, and impact data flows smoothly from the schools to our evaluation team.

Responsible for being the day-to-day first point of contact for all Beacon, Explore, and Discovery schools, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and valued.

Responsible for the induction and onboarding of schools across the Project.

Conduct regular, proactive site visits to schools, to build strong, empathetic relationships with school leadership, kitchen staff, and project leads. Initially across London and the North West, scaling nationally year on year.

Use school visits to monitor delivery quality, identify localised operational challenges, and escalate potential issues to the Programme Manager before they impact delivery.
Coalition & Stakeholder Liaison

Serve as the central touchpoint and coordinator between the delivery leads of each program across the different organisations within our coalition.

Ensure that all partner organisations are kept fully up to date with real-time, accurate on-the-ground information and feedback from the participating schools.

Help facilitate communication loops, ensuring action items involving schools are clearly communicated and executed by the relevant coalition partners.
Data Capture & Impact Reporting
