Their recently established Events & Operations hub brings together donor-facing events and the operational systems and processes that underpin high-value fundraising, creating a cohesive function that supports outstanding supporter experiences and sustainable income growth.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Events & Operations Officer to play a key role within this function and deliver the experiences, systems and insight that support Greenpeace UK’s Major Donor, Trusts & Foundations and Legacy fundraising programmes.

This is far from a typical events role. Working closely with the Events & Operations Manager, you will lead on many of the team’s cultivation and stewardship events, creating opportunities for supporters to connect directly with Greenpeace’s mission and impact. You could be coordinating major donor networking events, organising behind-the-scenes briefings with campaigners, delivering legacy stewardship events, supporting unique supporter experiences, or helping to bring prospects together through creative events and workshops.

Alongside event delivery, you will play an equally important role in the operational side of the team. From CRM reporting and data management to process improvement and cross-organisational projects, you will help create the systems and infrastructure that enable fundraisers to spend more time building relationships and securing income.

This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, loves making complex projects run smoothly, and takes genuine satisfaction from both delivering exceptional experiences and improving the processes behind them. As Events & Operations Officer, you will:

• Lead the delivery of many of Greenpeace UK’s high-value cultivation and stewardship events, taking ownership of planning, logistics, supplier management and on-the-day delivery
• Support a diverse programme of donor events, including networking events, campaign briefings, webinars, roundtables and supporter experiences that bring donors closer to Greenpeace’s work
• Support the delivery of flagship events led by the Events & Operations Manager, helping to create exceptional experiences for major donors, legacy supporters and prospects
• Work across the Key Relationships team to ensure events are embedded within supporter journeys and contribute to engagement, stewardship and income growth
• Design and maintain CRM reports and dashboards, providing fundraisers with the insights they need to manage portfolios, track pipelines and forecast income
• Maintain accurate and compliant CRM records, supporting data integrity, GDPR compliance and effective reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements that help fundraisers spend more time building relationships and less time on administration
• Act as a key operational link with colleagues across Data & Insight, Finance and other teams, helping to improve systems, processes and ways of working
• Support team coordination, planning and cross-organisational projects while contributing to the continued development of the Events & Operations hub

Essential skills and experience:

• Proven success delivering high-value fundraising events, with responsibility for planning, logistics and execution
• Strong experience using CRM databases such as Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge or similar platforms for data entry, reporting, and record maintenance
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex logistics and meet deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers and supporters
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with the confidence to identify inefficiencies, improve processes and work effectively across teams
• Clear evidence of working in a values-driven way, demonstrating commitment to collaboration, inclusion, continuous learning and role-modelling organisational values consistent with Greenpeace UK

Desirable, but not essential:

• Experience of both major donor and legacy fundraising events
• Experience contributing to process improvement, systems development or fundraising operations projects

We’re looking for an IT Projects Manager to join a small, busy IT team at the UK’s leading specialist centre for complex neuro-disability. The work matters. The projects you deliver help our clinical, operational and corporate teams give better care to the people who depend on us.

You’ll own a varied portfolio of IT projects from start to finish: planning, budgets, suppliers, risk, governance and delivery. We want a project manager who can work both in the detail of a project plan one day, and shaping the bigger picture with senior leadership the next. • A track record of delivering IT projects to time, cost and quality in a complex organisation

About the Service

Community Outreach Workers support people with complex needs who have Housing issues as a primary need. This includes people who may have drug and alcohol difficulties. Particularly when they are coming into repeat contact with Police, Tenancy Sustainment Services, Housing and Homelessness Services and Environmental Health Services.

The five-day post will be delivered in West Hertfordshire. With the flexibility to travel Hertfordshire County.

The purpose of the Hertfordshire Mind Network Community Outreach Worker role is to:

• Provide advice, information, onward referral and holistic support to clients with coexisting drug and alcohol difficulties and mental ill-health. These will be clients who are presenting to the Police, Anti-Social Behaviour, Tenancy Enforcement, Housing and Environmental Health Services within Hertfordshire.
• Ensure that the safety and wellbeing of the client is monitored and reviewed regularly.
• Remain a source of independent support for all clients.
• Embed a person centred and solution focused approach in all aspects of the role.
• Raise greater awareness of complex needs and the effects of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) amongst local service providers. Supporting them to gain confidence in working positively and consistently with people who have multiple needs.

The Role

This role heads the Project Finance team and ensures it continues to support Blue Marine effectively as the organisation grows in scale and complexity. • Drive the strategic direction of the Project Finance function as Blue Marine’s portfolio grows in scale and complexity.
• Maintain high-level oversight of project budgets, delivery partners, donor requirements, financial risks and reporting obligations across the portfolio.
• Oversee the end-to-end financial journey of project partners, from due diligence and legal agreements through to ensuring timely and accurate reporting is received.
• Ensure high-quality, timely project reporting, budget monitoring, audit evidence and donor compliance, with fit-for-purpose processes followed consistently.
• Provide insight, challenge and analysis to support strategic decisions and funding proposals.
• Lead Blue Marine’s work to build the operational capacity of international project partners, including through some international travel.
• Champion practical improvements to systems and ways of working, building on an existing culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide hands-on support during peak reporting periods while maintaining senior oversight.

Working within a specialist NbS team, you will play a key role in shaping early-stage nature recovery projects across national parks and national landscapes. This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the intersection of conservation, land management and green finance.  You’ll help project teams understand what’s possible, what impact can be achieved, and how projects can be funded through emerging nature markets.

Working closely with park teams on the ground, you will take a consultative approach, assessing project ideas, modelling ecosystem services, and identifying opportunities to generate revenue through mechanisms such as carbon credits, biodiversity net gain (BNG), and other payments for ecosystem services. You’ll support the development of compelling, evidence-based feasibility studies and help build a pipeline of investable nature projects across the UK.

You’ll be working in an evolving and fast-moving space, where your ability to adapt, think critically and communicate complex ideas clearly will be key.

You will bring experience from an environmental consultancy or conservation background alongside a strong understanding of nature recovery and UK nature markets. Comfortable working with data, you’ll have experience of modelling, feasibility work or ecosystem service assessment, and ideally some exposure to natural capital approaches and relevant standards or codes.

A well organised and proactive self-starter, you’ll be confident managing multiple projects in a remote environment, whilst building effective, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

This role is part time, 22.5 hours per week.

About the role

As our Communications and Marketing Officer, you'll help bring the South East Rivers Trust's work to life. From restoring rivers and wetlands to engaging volunteers, schools and communities, you'll tell the stories behind our projects and help connect more people with the work we do.

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. One day you might be creating social media content from a river restoration project, the next writing a newsletter, supporting a fundraising campaign, updating the website or helping promote a community event.

You'll work closely with our Digital Marketing and Communications Manager and colleagues across the Trust to deliver engaging campaigns that grow awareness, increase engagement and support fundraising efforts.

A Senior Sous Chef position is needed to assist the Executive head chef in the everyday running and organising of the kitchen and to line manage assistant chefs and kitchen porters. Menu planning, food ordering, stock control, and event delivery.

This role is a fixed-term contract for one year.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all the Lambeth Palace kitchen team are fully trained in the food safety management systems and procedures, implemented by the Executive Head Chef.
• Work under and closely with the Executive Head Chef to ensure that all statutory legislation is adhered to by ensuring that standards and controls for Health & Safety, food hygiene, risk assessments, COSHH, manual handling are carried out as per current legislation.
• To ensure that the agreed standards of food preparation and presentation are always supervised and adhered to.
• To maintain Lambeth Palace's five star 'Scores on the Doors' council rating.
• Maintain and develop a positive and collaborative relationship with all colleagues, giving direction when necessary.
