Our Youth Employment Manager role is an exciting new opportunity to lead on Poetic Unity’s innovative Employment programmes, which makes up one of our three priority areas: Mental Health, Employment and Education. This role, forming part of our Senior Leadership Team, will play a critical role in supporting thousands of Black young people across the UK to access safe, inclusive and empowering employment opportunities - changing culture and reshaping systems.
Key responsbilities
- Be responsible for the development and management of the Chief Operations Officer Senior Leadership Training (COO SLT) - an innovative training programme for 10 Black young people to achieve the skills required to thrive in positions of senior leadership
- Be directly responsible for the management of the annual Cultural Leaders programme - a 12 month employment programme for 5 Black young people each year, working across different areas of Poetic Unity and with partners across the sector to develop transferable skills.
- Design, implement and manage The Blueprint - a national framework of best practice for the employment of Black young people in creative organisations
- Ensure all Employment programmes are effectively meeting the needs of the target demographic and are aligned with Poetic Unity’s strategic Vision
- Ensure all Employment programmes are effectively meeting the objectives and funding goals as outlined in associated funding requirements
- Be responsible for the effective monitoring and evaluation of all Employment programmes

Person specification
- At least 2 years experience in leadership, people and project management roles, preferably within the charity sector

To hold the knowledge, skills and confidence to bring programmes to life, oversee and manage their efficiency and deliver against outlined project goals and funding requirements
- Experience in project finance management, including keeping to budgets, managing over or underspend, and maintaining required evidence for efficient fund management
- Strong background in operational management - programme impact and evaluation, risk management and programme development

We are recruiting an Investment Manager – Portfolio to take a leading role in the delivery of our existing portfolio including on special situations and exits.
You will take ownership of performance and manager relationships across a broad portfolio of social impact investments. You will build relationships with senior leaders at our fund managers and take responsibility for how these investments perform against their financial, social impact and systems change goals. You will also oversee several treasury holdings, held for financial return and sustainable outcomes, that support how we manage liquidity.

The Grants Compliance Officer plays an important role in supporting the effective financial management and oversight of AmplifyChange's grant portfolio. Working as part of the Grants Compliance Team, you'll help ensure grant funding reaches our Grantee Partners, is used for its intended purpose and is managed in line with our compliance and donor requirements.
Reporting to the Grants Compliance Manager, you'll lead the financial management of your own portfolio of grants, supporting due diligence assessments, reviewing financial reports and budgets, monitoring compliance, and helping to strengthen the financial management capacity of Grantee Partners. We deliver the 24/7 National Gambling Helpline, treatment services, prevention programmes and targeted community support across Great Britain. We are looking for an experienced bid or tender professional who can help GamCare compete confidently in a statutory commissioning environment, with a strong track record of writing and managing successful public-sector submissions. Role Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of HCPT’s Senior Leadership Team, responsible for the effective delivery and high performance of all operational and business support aspects of the charity’s work. Role description
