Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to support the planning, delivery and optimisation of Alder Hey Children’s Charity’s digital marketing activity across key channels, reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager.

This is a hands-on digital role focused on day-to-day delivery, advertising and optimisation across the charity’s digital platforms. The Digital Marketing Officer will play a key role in ensuring digital advertising channels are engaging and effective in supporting fundraising, brand awareness and supporter engagement.

The role works closely with colleagues across Marketing, Fundraising and Communications, and supports the delivery of digital activity set by the Marketing & Communications Manager.

Main Duties/Tasks

Digital Duties:

Content Creation, Management, and Campaign Support

• Creating, editing, and publishing content across the charity’s digital channels (website, email, and ad channels) in conjunction with the Content Creation Officer and Marketing Officers.
• Managing day-to-day updates to the charity websites using the CMS, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and aligned to brand guidelines. Maintain high standards of brand identity across all digital touch points.
• Building and sending email communications using the charity’s email platform, supporting segmentation, stewardship and supporter journeys.
• Supporting the delivery of integrated marketing and fundraising campaigns through digital channels.
• Adapting digital copy for different audiences and platforms, including web pages, email campaigns and digital appeals.

Digital Marketing Optimization, Reporting, and Budget Support

• Optimising and supporting budget monitoring for AI Search, Paid Search, SEO, and Google Grant campaigns.
• Monitoring and reporting on digital performance using analytics and platform insights, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Supporting paid digital fundraising activity by preparing and advising on content, assets, and copy, and assisting with reporting and optimisation under the direction of the Marketing & Communications Manager.

Brand Management, Compliance, and Collaboration

• Ensuring all digital content and activity complies with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, GDPR, and relevant regulations.
• Scheduling and managing organic content in line with agreed plans, adapting content where needed for different channels, working with Marketing Officers to ensure a consistent brand presence.
• Working with internal colleagues and external suppliers or agencies, where required, to support digital delivery.
• Supporting the Marketing & Communications Manager to maintain organised digital systems, content libraries, and workflows.

Other Duties:

• Be an outstanding advocate for Alder Hey Children’s Charity in line with the core values of the organisation.
• Be an active and supportive member of the Alder Hey Children’s Charity team, contributing to team development and working collaboratively with colleagues and volunteers.
• Attend and support events run by fundraising teams where required, including occasional out-of-hours working.
• Gain and maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the charity’s work, priorities and future plans.
• Any other reasonable duties as required by your line manager.

• Advocate for Surrey’s GRT community through social media, letters and articles, as required
• Ensure Surrey’s GRT communities have opportunities to shape service provision and to voice their views and concerns.

The Role

This is a pivotal new role at SUSU, leading the operational delivery of our vibrant student spaces across our three buildings on Highfield Campus. As Head of Operations, you’ll ensure our facilities are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and consistently deliver excellent service.

Key responsibilities 

Strategy

• Deliver the existing global communications strategy, adapting where necessary in line with organisational priorities during the cover period, and develop associated implementation plans

• Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts

• Select, brief and liaise with media spokespeople

About you 
 
You’ll have previous experience influencing stakeholders and gaining buy-in to change, communication and engagement activities. With a Post Graduate qualification in organisational change/business change/behaviour, or equivalent experience, you’ll have previous knowledge and application of change models and organisational design principles, being able to identify the cultural shift needed to achieve strategic technology transformation, translating that into interventions to deliver and embed behaviour and culture change.

Able to work with senior leaders you’ll be able to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders which support behavioural change to enable successful technology transformation is essential.  

You'll have a passion for solving complex business challenges, and will have strong problem-solving skills being able to exercise mature judgement, flexing plans where necessary to achieve impact.

To be successful in this role, you’ll also have:

Organisation: Museums Association

Salary: £32,313 per annum (FTE £43,084)

The Museums Association (MA) is seeking a part time Policy Officer to play a leading role in developing our policy and campaigns work.

In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to deliver admin support for our campaigns and policy, including Museums Change Lives, Museums and Climate Justice, Decolonising Museums, and anti-racism. Our alliance model enables us to draw on each member’s expertise and provide all victims/survivors with the specific care that is tailored to their needs.

Services are tailored for women, men, non-binary, LGBTQ+, disabled, neurodiverse victim/survivors addressing intersectional and unique needs. North London Rape Crisis supports women and girls, transwomen, and non-binary people aged 11+ who have experienced sexual violence at any point in their lives.

About the Role

This is an exciting time to join North London Rape Crisis as the Rape Crisis Administrator. You will primarily support the Helpline Service, ensuring that the administrative work of the Helpline service is delivered to a high standard. You will support the Helpline Managers maintain, develop, and promote the Helpline Service to ensure survivors are able to access support. You will support the wider NLRC team as well, ensuring that administrative work of the various NLRC services is undertaken and maintained to a high standard. You will undertake shifts on the Helpline, as and when required by the Helpline Managers.

You will be ensuring diversity and equity is at the centre of the service and service delivery, and that the service continues to be responsive to, and meet the needs of all survivors in a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive way.

Purpose of the Role 

Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, this newly created role offers the chance to support the delivery of our new Fundraising and Partnership Strategy (2025–2029) by helping to grow our community of supporters, increase individual digital giving and deepen engagement with corporate partners. We also welcome your ideas and experience in developing how we might approach digital fundraising.
 
Working closely with the Director of Partnerships, this role will lead on community fundraising development and provide hands-on coordination of partnership activities, from employee volunteering and group sessions to corporate fundraising events and payroll giving. The role will also contribute to communications and marketing content.

Key Responsibilities 

Corporate Partnerships and Engagement 

• Support the Director of Partnerships in managing and delivering high-quality partnership activities, including: 

• Organising employee volunteering sessions – including mapping / tracking volunteer hours and activities (where possible) 

• Organising and supporting group visits, insight events, and work experience placements (as needed) 

• Work closely with NHP colleagues, Local House Project staff and partners to develop impactful partnership activities 

• Fundraising activities and events organised by corporate partners 

• Liaise with LHPs to coordinate partnership activity across different regions. 

• Maintain accurate partnership records and activity tracking in NHP’s CRM. 

Communications and Collaboration 

• Work closely with the Business Support Administrator and Admin Team to create and share communications and marketing materials that promote partnership activities, volunteering, and fundraising opportunities. 

• Support the preparation of partnership updates, impact stories, and social media content. 

• Contribute to internal communications about partnership successes and learning. 

• Support the rest of the NHP team from time to time, as required.

Community Fundraising, Individual Giving and Supporter Engagement 

• Plan, deliver and evaluate a calendar of community fundraising activities and events (third party) to build NHP’s supporter base, ensuring income and engagement targets are met. (We plan to have 2 community fundraising events a year, and support those our corporate partners organise).

• Recruit, brief and support challenge event participants, fundraisers and corporate teams undertaking community activities.

• Develop toolkits and resources to empower supporters (fundraising packs, JustGiving Guides and risk assessments) 

• Support the Business Support Administrator to manage the stock, ordering and distribution of fundraising materials to ensure event participants are equipped and engaged. 

• Support the Director of Partnerships to lead the event logistics (registrations, supplier liaison, risk assessments, volunteer coordination, on the day delivery and post event follow up) 

• Provide guidance, resources, and encouragement to individuals and groups fundraising on behalf of NHP. 

• Support the development of our long-term individual goals (one-off donations and regular giving via our website) 

• Coordinate fundraising communications, updates, and impact stories to strengthen donor engagement and retention. 

• Track and evaluate community fundraising and individual giving performance and supporter feedback. 

• Maintain accurate CRM records of donor giving/community fundraising 

• Support with sharing best practice and resources that enable local teams to engage effectively with partners and supporters

Overview

Prostate Cancer Research (PCR) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Patient Engagement & Programme Officer to support the delivery of several key patient-focused initiatives, including the infopool and Prostate Progress. 

This role will sit within the Patient Projects team, providing operational, administrative, and patient engagement support across a range of programmes designed to support and empower men affected by prostate cancer. 

The postholder will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient communications, programme logistics, digital resource management, and recruitment support for the national Prostate Progress research platform. 

The role will be split approximately 50% supporting Prostate Progress recruitment and patient engagement activities, and 50% supporting wider programmes. 

Key Responsibilities 

Prostate Progress – Patient Recruitment & Support 

Provide support to patients and participants, particularly during the upcoming national recruitment campaigns delivered with NHS DigiTrials. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Managing and triaging incoming emails and phone enquiries from patients responding to recruitment invitations or having issues using the platform 
• Responding to patient queries using approved FAQ materials and support documentation 
• Escalating complex queries or complaints to appropriate internal teams 
• Liaising with our technical support team to resolve participant platform issues and triaging issues accordingly 
• Supporting the development and refinement of participant support materials and FAQs 
• Maintaining clear records of common issues, feedback, and participant concerns 
• Supporting on the development and delivery of Prostate Progress’ engagement and stewardship plan, ensuring they receive regular communications which maximise engagement and ensure retention 
• Ensuring all communications provide a professional, supportive and patient-centred experience 

Additional helpful responsibilities could include:

The Infopool 

Support the Head of Health Information in maintaining and improving the infopool, PCR’s digital patient information platform. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Managing routine website administration, including checking links, updating resources and uploading new content and materials 
• Ensuring patient resources remain accurate, current and accessible 
• Supporting the administration of Google Analytics and Hotjar surveys 
• Assisting with analysis of website usage data and patient feedback 
• Analysing simple infopool survey feedback data coming from three clinical sites.
• Liaising with the clinical teams to ensure that they have all the materials they need. 
• Supporting the maintenance and organisation of resource libraries and toolkits 
• Assisting with preparation for our annual Patient Information Forum (PIF) TICK reaccreditation.
• Ensuring that documentation is up to date, all clinician sign-offs are complete and accreditation forms are submitted on time. Processing invoices – sending to finance and completing budget sheets.
• Working with other teams to identify opportunities to use infopool patient stories more widely, including supporting case study development and ensuring appropriate permissions are obtained for reuse across PCR activities. 

Programme Administration & Operations 

Provide operational and administrative support to the wider Patient Projects team. Responsibilities include: 

Financial & Reporting Support 

• Processing invoices and submitting them to finance 
• Logging expenditure accurately within programme budget trackers 
• Supporting end-of-month reconciliation and reporting checks 

Materials & Resource Management 

Supporting the Senior Programme Manager in: 

• Managing stock levels for printed materials and patient resources 
• Coordinating ordering and reprinting of materials 
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory 
• Responding to general materials queries 

Administrative Coordination 

• Maintaining and updating the hospital adoption tracker
• Supporting shared inbox queries where required

Event & Conference Support 

Supporting the Senior Programme Manager and Health Equity Manager with PCR’s presence at conferences, meetings, and events and organisation of patient workshops and focus groups.

Responsibilities may include: 

• Coordinating logistics for event materials and shipments 
• Researching and booking suitable venues for workshops and arranging refreshments.
• Arranging online focus groups – liaising with patients and sending out pre-group materials.
• Processing patient expenses following focus groups and workshops. 
• Booking courier collections and managing delivery returns 
• Researching and booking suitable accommodation near conference venues 
• Supporting preparation of materials for events and exhibitions 

Providing on-site support when required, including: 

• Setting up conference stands

• Directing queries to appropriate team members 
• Taking minutes at workshops and focus groups. 

Person Specification 

We are looking for someone who is: 

• Highly organised with strong administrative skills
