About the role
This is a fixed term role with a clear mission, created specifically to support Crisis’ CRM Transformation programme. We are migrating to a new CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics 365, underpinned by a Modern Data Platform, and the next nine to twelve months are critical as the new platform enters live operation. As Interim Business Systems Manager you will sit at the centre of this transition, collaborating with product owners, developers, suppliers and business stakeholders to make the handover from programme delivery to business-as-usual a success, equipping Crisis with impactful, sustainable systems for fundraising and engagement in support of our mission to end homelessness.
Coaching and developing our Product Owners will be at the heart of this role, helping them build the confidence and capability to own their backlogs, prioritise with clarity and bring well-formed decisions to the table, alongside embedding consistent, sustainable development practices across the team. You will also lead key transition deliverables, including the rebuild of Apteco FastStats so that marketing delivery remains robust and well-governed, and provide governance, oversight and transition planning for our Christmas systems cycle.
This role exists to support a defined period of transformation; it is offered on a fixed term basis, and decisions about how the team is shaped beyond the transition will be made as the programme concludes. Purpose of the role
The Programme Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of Frazzled's online and face-to-face peer support programme.

POST OUTLINE
This is an impactful role working in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Volunteer Manager is responsible for implementing a sustainable volunteer strategy, onboarding journey and programme across the charity. This varied role oversees the promotion of volunteering, internal and external relationship building, all stages of volunteer recruitment, HR checks and onboarding and the coordination of an effective volunteer mandatory training programme. This role is responsible for organising recognition programmes, guiding departments on how to manage and retain volunteers, maximising the use of volunteer resources and ensuring volunteers have a rewarding experience whilst also positively contributing to the organisation objectives to provide vital services to the families of disabled and neurodivergent children. This role is also responsible for the line management of the Volunteer Administrator. Fundraising Delivery

About you
Do you want to use your skills to make it possible for people with myeloma to live longer and better lives? We are looking for a Support Group Co-ordinator who will deliver the Myeloma UK Support Group Partnership programme in line with the organisation’s overall strategy.
You will have experience of working with support groups and/or volunteer networks as well as recruiting, training, managing and supervising a diverse range of staff or volunteers. The post holder will need to show clear evidence of relationship building and working with underrepresented groups. A key part of the role is understanding the needs of cancer patients and their families and of health inequalities.
You’ll have excellent relationship building skills and an understanding of the barriers that exist in accessing support. You will need the ability to set priorities, work under pressure with great attention to detail and understand and meet the training and development needs of volunteers. Experience of working with haematology or oncology patients and working with a database would be an advantage but not essential.
About the role
The Support Group Co-ordinator will be the first point of contact within the organisation for all Support Group enquiries. You will coordinate the Support Groups Partnership Programme activity, including developing and promotion of the existing Myeloma Support Groups and coordinate the recruitment, induction and ongoing support of new local groups to the Support Groups Partnership Programme
You will be responsible for working with local groups and other local network partners to increase the reach and impact of Myeloma UK, ensuring that partnered support groups operate in line with Myeloma UK guidelines and ensure that they receive consistent information, training and advice.
The post holder will maintain an awareness and understanding of all legislation that may be relevant to the role and develop, maintain and evaluate a training programme for Support Group Leaders as well as moderate and update the Support Group Leaders’ online hub on a regular basis. You will lead the Support Groups’ responsibility for designing and delivering activities in line with our Partnership Agreement so that they are safe, effective and impactful as well as moderate.
