We're currently looking for Nations Support Coordinators x 3 for Ireland / Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales, offered on a permanent basis, to help us deliver our mission. Applicants will be need to be Ireland or Northern Ireland based.
These are part positions based on 0.6 FTE (21 hours per week).

How will I be working?
We operate a flexible, trust based working model that gives colleagues autonomy over how, when and where they work, while recognising the value of in person collaboration. You will be working remotely, with periodic in-person meetings around the island of Ireland, and occasional travel to London/elsewhere in the UK.
Days of working will be agreed in advance, but some flexibility will be required to suit events and colleagues’ schedules.
You will engage in regular in person collaboration with your team (as operationally appropriate), as well as with colleagues across the wider organisation, to ensure effective operational alignment and to support our inclusive approach to working.
As an organisation we meet in person once a quarter at our Head Office in Kings Cross, London.

Sport and physical activity can be a powerful way to improve wellbeing, build confidence and help people feel more connected to themselves and their communities. As a Sports Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in making those opportunities happen for people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage across Single Homeless Project (SHP).
This is a hands on and outward facing role where you’ll bring energy, creativity and momentum to our sports programme. Duties and responsibilities
Your responsibilities will be wide-ranging, but the key duties are:
• Support the telethon fundraising campaigns, direct marketing fundraising appeals, and managing your own fundraising projects such as emails and social media.

As a Senior Project Lead within the Work Experience team, you will take ownership of key elements of the delivery and development of The Switch's work experience programmes. You will manage relationships with employers and schools, lead on specific projects and workstreams, and provide oversight and support to ensure programmes are delivered effectively, safely and in line with agreed targets.
You will take a proactive role in identifying and developing new employer relationships, coordinating complex placements and supporting the Work Experience Manager with the planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of projects. You will also provide guidance and support to colleagues where appropriate, using your experience to help ensure consistency and quality across the team's work.

This role is hybrid for the majority of weeks per year, with WFH normally 2-3 days per week. (NB Please note that during delivery weeks, the team is responsible for providing responsive support to employers and schools. The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of St Bride Foundation, helping to ensure our historic building is safe, compliant, well maintained and welcoming.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and Facilities Coordinator, you'll provide support across facilities management while also acting as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors, tenants and contractors. The nature of this role will also require you to demonstrate adaptability, resilience and the ability to cope with some uncertainty.
This position would suit you if you’re looking to develop your experience in the education or charity sectors. Existing experience of working with young people and/or project management in a charity or education setting would be an asset.
