About the role
As Director of Charity, you will lead the next phase of the charity's development. Purpose of the Role
The Part-Time Manager for Our Place and Our Voice leads AoD’s work on co-production, peer support, campaigning and community engagement. The role coordinates peer-led programmes, develops accessible training and events, and builds partnerships that promote inclusion and representation. Main Responsibilities

Money Advice Referral Tool Coordinator - Job Description
Resolve Poverty works locally to end poverty nationally through a range of strategic and policy, knowledge development and practical delivery activities. We are a growing organisation working in multiple localities across the country, often partnering with local councils and other public bodies and working with them and their VCFSE sector partners.
Our Money Advice Referral Tool (MART) currently operates in eight local authority areas. This will increase over the next year, with new localities coming on stream. The MART provides professionals and volunteers in non-money advice roles with the ability to understand and to effectively support people experiencing or at risk of financial hardship to access relevant money related support services. The MART is built upon the idea that the best way to support someone experiencing poverty is to maximise their income and to address any debts they may have. It also recognises that professionals and volunteers in non-money advice roles often encounter people with money worries and can act as a conduit for people to access the support they need. As such, the tools are used by people in a range of settings, including schools, health centres and local charities and community groups.
As the programme grows, we are recruiting to a new MART Coordinator role. This is an exciting role that will give someone an opportunity to develop networking, coordination and organisational skills. You will be passionate about tackling poverty and building effective partnerships.
Particulars:
Location: A combination of home based and working at Resolve Poverty’s office in St Thomas Centre, Ardwick Green North, Manchester M12 6FZ at least two days per week, with an expectation of travel to multiple localities across the North West.

The Philharmonia is seeking to appoint a Box Office and CRM Manager to lead the management, development and optimisation of the Orchestra’s CRM strategy, systems and audience experience. The roles focuses on ensuring a seamless customer journey while overseeing the effective operation of the Box Office and the ongoing development of Tessitura.
This is a key role overseeing both the day-to-day operation and strategic development of the Philharmonia’s Box Office and CRM function. The successful candidate will play an important role in developing ticketing and customer strategies that maximise sales income, improve conversion and enhance the audience experience.
As a public facing member of staff, the Box Office and CRM Manager will be a key representative of the Orchestra, ensuring customers receive a welcoming, efficient and accessible service whether booking online, by phone or in person. A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service is therefore essential.
The role will also lead on the effective management and ongoing development of Tessitura, supporting audience insight, segmentation, reporting and customer journeys across the organisation. Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Development, Finance and Concerts, the successful candidate will help ensure that customer data is used effectively to support audience growth, income generation and informed decision-making.
Previous experience of using Tessitura is essential. From hall dressing and campaign set-up to system optimisation, reporting and user support, this role will be one of the Orchestra’s lead Tessitura users. Experience of working within a Tessitura consortium would be advantageous.

Strategic planning and implementation:
Work closely with Marketing and Development colleagues to develop and implement CRM strategies that support audience growth, income generation, membership retention/acquisition and fundraising objectives

The Pepper Foundation is a local charity funding children’s hospice care at home, specialised play and family days for children living with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The Community Fundraiser will be joining Pepper at an exciting time as we launch our new three-year fundraising strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced relationship-builder to lead and grow community fundraising and challenge events activity, helping to raise vital income for The Pepper Foundation.

Financial
• Deliver or exceed agreed income targets across community and challenge event fundraising activities.
• Manage agreed budgets for community fundraising activities and challenge events, monitoring income and expenditure and ensuring activity is delivered in line with agreed targets and plans.
• Ensure activities are delivered as cost-effectively as possible, monitoring expenditure and helping to maximise return on investment.

• Use Donorfy, our fundraising CRM, to administer and manage fundraising activity accurately and effectively, working with the Database Volunteer as needed.
• Produce post-event evaluations and recommendations in line with agreed requirements.
• Use insight, pipeline information and performance data to review results, identify trends and recommend improvements to future activity.
• Manage the day-to-day planning and delivery of key events and campaigns, making decisions within agreed plans, budgets and fundraising procedures.
• Take responsibility for health and safety in community fundraising activities, ensuring appropriate risk assessments are completed and relevant fundraising and safety procedures are followed.
• Respond appropriately to unexpected incidents at community fundraising events, following agreed procedures and escalating where needed.
• Take an active role in setting up and clearing down events and community fundraising activities, including periods of standing and occasional unsocial hours.
• Arrange appropriate Pepper Foundation attendance at local community events when needed.
• Manage resources effectively, including volunteer support, to maximise reach, income and engagement.
Reporting

Hours: 30 hours per week. As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call rota. Operating hours of the service 8am- 6pm Monday- Friday with the expectation to work on some days 8- 4pm or 10- 6pm to cover duty shifts.
We are recruiting for a Duty Independent Gender Violence Advocate (IGVA) who will be working closely with survivors of domestic, and other gender-based abuse to provide high quality independent support, guidance and advice to survivors across all risk levels and their children.
In this role the Duty IGVA is a part of a busy team. The Duty IGVA will be the first point of contact for survivors who have been referred to the Gaia Centre by other professionals. The Duty IGVA also will be responsible for processing any self-referrals of individuals contacting the service and wishing to access support. The Duty IGVA will be responsible for responding to daily enquiries from partnership agencies, public and impacted individuals over the phone and email.
In some circumstances the Duty IGVA will be contacting survivors directly to assess their level of risk and needs to ensure eligibility. The Duty IGVA will be responsible for carrying out and implementing safety plans and needs assessments. The Duty IGVA will ensure an effective handover of the case to the relevant team for ongoing support.
The Duty IGVA will empower survivors by providing them with emotional, practical and personal welfare support. The Duty IGVA will ensure that survivors are provided with a safe, supportive and welcoming environment, enabling them to access their rights, make decisions and increase their life options. The job involves working within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership protocols and procedures that prioritise the safety of survivors.
The job involves informing survivors of the full range of civil, criminal and practical options that might increase their safety. The jobalso involves working in a fast-paced environment.
As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call rota.
