This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring Battersea’s estate, infrastructure and facilities services are safe, compliant, resilient and fit for purpose, enabling the charity to deliver its mission. As Head of Estates and Facilities, you will lead operations across multiple sites, oversee asset management, maintenance, security, statutory compliance, capital projects and facilities services, while driving the delivery of our estates strategy and long-term property plans.
As an experienced facilities management leader, you will provide visible, site-based leadership, working closely with Centre Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure our estate is operationally effective, financially sustainable and capable of supporting both current needs and future ambitions. You will lead high-performing teams, manage significant operational and capital budgets, oversee refurbishment and infrastructure projects, and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, service quality and value for money across all estates and facilities functions.

Leading all of it takes someone exceptional.
As Director of Public Fundraising, UK and Europe, you'll own the strategy and delivery for community fundraising, endurance events, and all public fundraising activity across the region. You'll lead the local implementation of the Movember campaign, drive year-round retention and engagement of the Mo Community, and take an active role in shaping the broader UK and Europe Country Strategy. The postholder will coordinate delivery of Spectra’s agreed P3 counselling provision, ensuring that counselling activity, safeguarding practice, monitoring information, outcomes data and partnership communication are maintained in line with the requirements of the P3 service. You will also provide a reflective space for staff at P3, for youth wellbeing coaches to reflect on their work with young people.
Key aspects include overseeing client intake, undertaking client assessments, and delivering short-term counselling with clients (6-12 sessions). You will ensure a high-quality and consistent delivery across the YP counselling service in line with KPIs and outcome frameworks. Alongside client sessions, regular meetings with both Spectra and P3 staff, compiling reports and management of safeguarding concerns.
Increasing referrals and building strong relationships in Hillingdon will be an integral focus, especially in complex cases where young people require referrals or are engaged with other services.

Senior Peer Support Workers and Peer Support Workers, who have direct lived experience of mental health issues, are working on in-patient wards in Croydon, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Wandsworth to provide recovery-focused peer support to people as they leave hospital and journey towards living independently in the community.
We are seeking a Senior Peer Support Worker to join the team in Lewisham, using personal lived experience of mental health difficulties to provide person-centred, recovery-focused peer support to people on hospital wards and as they are discharged to journey towards being settled in the community. This role will also line manage a Peer Support Worker, providing regular supervision and support, annual appraisals and development opportunities.
The Senior Peer Support Worker will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team within the Unit, assisting in-patients in developing essential skills and coping mechanisms, while promoting overall wellness through strength based and non-directive conversations. They will provide both practical and emotional support, facilitate access to community resources to help individuals maintain their independence while ensuring their wellbeing.
Additionally, this role includes supporting service users after discharge in the community for up to 12 weeks, aiding them in fostering independence within their local community, connecting with various agencies, enhancing life skills, providing guidance related to employment or educational opportunities and improving their ability to manage challenges effectively to prevent re-admission.
This position requires building connections with service users through shared experiences of mental health challenges, making lived experience a crucial requirement for applicants. You will also need to have previous experience of line management/managerial responsibilities.
Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced Level Disclosure and Barring Service check.

Purpose of the Role
The role of the Philanthropy Officer is to manage the gift administration and stewardship of supporters, lead on the stewardship of regular and individual givers, and support the Philanthropy Manager to grow the Individual Giving income stream for Chance to Shine.
This includes responsibility for the coordination of individual giving campaigns, management of the administration of legacy gifts, and wider regular giving campaigns and appeals.

They will use holistic, strengths‑based, participatory approaches, contribute to a test‑and‑learn model, and bring strong reflective and organisational skills. Personal experience of racial profiling in state education is essential, enabling deep empathy and authenticity. The postholder will be a collaborative practitioner committed to equity, inclusion, and ensuring young people have real influence over decisions shaping their education and futures.
