Job description

As our Head of Belonging (Equity, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion), you will lead the development and implementation of BUCS' Belonging Strategy and Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP), ensuring EEDI is embedded throughout our organisation, programmes and culture.

Working closely with colleagues across BUCS and a wide range of external stakeholders, you will provide strategic leadership and expert guidance to influence positive change. From reviewing competitions and events through an EEDI lens to supporting governance, people practices and organisational policy, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver our mission of placing sport and active wellbeing at the heart of the student experience.

Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will be a member of the Management Team and will lead organisation-wide initiatives that create lasting impact.
