Faith at Work Coordinator
We are looking for someone to lead the Faith at Work offering, including coordinating key events for staff.

Position: Faith at Work Coordinator
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Part time, 2 days per week 15 hours
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £30,874.00 pro rata

About the Role
Key duties include:
- Coordinate and host weekly staff devotions.
- Coordinate and support Small Group Leaders and Prayer Ministry Team.
- Oversee the running of regular prayer meetings, such as Be Still Key Relationships: building relationships with external speakers, venues and suppliers.
- Create content and lead at key events, i.e. day of prayer and weekly devotions Prayers, and organise ad-hoc opportunities for prayer as and when new situations arise.
- Manage the planning and implementation of the Day of Prayer in collaboration with staff from across the charity, and UK-based staff internationally.
- Manage the planning and implementation of other key events such as the Christmas Carol service and other moments in the Christian Calendar (e.g. Lent, Easter, Advent, etc)
- Engage with the international Global Centre Faith and Development Leads to ensure that the UK’s approach is in line with partnership priorities.
- Maintain the Faith at Work pages on the staff intranet (SharePoint), keeping content up to date and relevant.
- Support the Head of People & Culture on specific projects including the roll out of the Mission Immersion Programme to new and existing staff.

You will have the relevant skills and experience to carry out the role.
Christian identity underpins everything the charity does, so as an active Christian, this role offers you the opportunity to integrate your Christian faith and be sensitive to its various expressions across cultures and denominations.

The Barbican is seeking to appoint a number of consultants to support the development phase of the National Lottery Heritage Fund-supported Barbican Sculpture Court Revived project. The consultants will work closely with Barbican teams, other consultants and our project partners throughout the development phase to help shape the delivery phase of the project. The delivery phase application is anticipated to be submitted in August 2027.

In this new Director of Marketing role, you will lead us to invest significant resources with courage and conviction – spending money on top-of-funnel marketing today to make fundraising easier tomorrow. You will bring a campaign mindset, emotional excellence, and exquisite storytelling to move audiences to act. You will help us connect with new audiences in a deeply personal way to drive growth.
