Responsibilities
As the Digital Communications and Fundraising Officer, you will play a key role in raising the charity's profile and awareness of primary and secondary immunodeficiency, growing supporter engagement, and generating income to support our work.

The Service Desk Analyst is a key role within the Technology function, acting as the first and second line of support for end users across the organisation. The role is focused on delivering a high quality, customer centric support service aligned to ITIL best practice, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently, within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and with minimal disruption to business services.
The post holder will play an active part in incident, request, problem and change enablement processes, working collaboratively with internal teams and third party suppliers to restore service quickly, prevent recurrence of issues, and continually improve the end user experience.

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for staff needing IT help, responding via phone, email, self-service portal and occasional desk-side support.
- Record and manage support requests using the IT system, making sure they are logged correctly and handled in a timely way.
- Resolve common IT issues at first and second level, passing more complex problems to senior teams when needed.
- Take responsibility for seeing issues through to completion and keeping users updated on progress.

Barnabas Aid is recruiting an exceptional leader to serve as Regional Director for Asia. The Role
The Regional Programme Director — Asia will provide strategic leadership for the development and delivery of Barnabas Aid's grant making and project management across the Asia Region. You will lead and develop a team of Programme Managers, build and sustain a strong partner network, and oversee a portfolio of high-quality, biblically grounded projects that deliver measurable impact for persecuted and suffering Christians.
As a member of both the Programmes Leadership Team and the Strategic Leadership Team, you will contribute to BAI's global Programmes strategy and to organisational strategy, culture, and effective cross-departmental working.
Key Responsibilities
Regional strategy and portfolio leadership
- In collaboration with the International Chief Programmes Officer, lead the development, review, and implementation of the global Programmes strategy within the assigned Region, translating strategic priorities into a clear regional plan and pipeline.
- Maintain a balanced regional portfolio aligned with organisational priorities, donor intent, and restricted fund requirements.
- Identify emerging needs, risks, and opportunities in the Region and recommend strategic responses, including new initiatives and partnerships.
- Ensure that the Region is balancing its portfolio of Programmes according to the Country Classification framework.
Grant making and programme cycle management
- Oversee the end-to-end grant making process for Programmes in the region, ensuring proposals are assessed, costed, and approved in line with delegated authority, Gate processes, and Programmes Subcommittee requirements.
- Take lead responsibility for one sub-region and/or a portfolio of countries, leading on partner engagement and the whole project management cycle.
- Ensure robust needs assessments, project design, logical frameworks (where applicable), budgets, partner due diligence, risk assessments, and monitoring plans are in place before grants are committed.
- Oversee project implementation across the regional portfolio, including milestone tracking, reporting, learning, and close-out, ensuring records are maintained accurately and on time.
- Proactively identify project delivery issues and work with team members and partners to resolve them promptly.
- Maintain proficiency in the use of all systems and processes used to manage the workflow of the team.
- Work closely with the Programme Quality Team to ensure best practice standards, continuous improvement, and consistent application of policies, processes, and templates.
Leadership and people management
- Support the staff in the regional team by providing clear leadership, coaching, and line management, including goal setting, supervision, performance management, and development.
- Ensure capacity planning across the Region so that project management workloads are realistic and risks are appropriately managed.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning for the regional team, contributing to wider Programmes Team workforce planning as required.
- Deputise for the international Chief Programmes Officer when requested to do so during their absence
- Ensure Regional team members plan overseas trips appropriately and adequately, always factoring in security and safeguarding risks.
Partner engagement and external representation
- Ensure the regional team builds and sustains a strong partner network, with relationships that are effective, mutually accountable, and aligned with Barnabas Aid's mission and values.
- Develop and implement a plan for regular partner engagement and capacity building (including visits where appropriate and safe) to strengthen project delivery, monitoring, and safeguarding.
- Represent Barnabas Aid professionally with partners and other stakeholders, managing sensitive information and security considerations appropriately.
- Engage proactively with peer organisations and networks to bring insight on sector best practice into BAI's work.
Cross-organisational collaboration and governance

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Project Officer to join our International Programmes Team on a permanent basis, working within our Asia region.
Overview
The Project Officer will be part of a regional team that works with new and existing partners to design, deliver and learn from projects in line with the organisation’s mission. As a charity working in criminal justice since 1997, Fine Cell Work has supported nearly 9,000 people in prison.
By providing purposeful activity, we address some of the most pressing challenges within the prison system—mental ill-health, lack of opportunity, and high rates of reoffending. Creative activity and the arts reduce reoffending because they change how people think, feel, and behave in ways that traditional prison programmes often can’t reach. The Woodland Trust is looking for a Project Officer - Mourne Park. The successful candidate will be required to work for the Woodland Trust Northern Ireland (WTNI or the Trust) on the development and through third party management; the delivery of woodland creation, restoration and other forestry operations, natural and built heritage and countryside access projects, local habitat auditing and assessment programmes. They will undertake the successful delivery of The National Lottery Heritage Fund project, Mourne Park - 500 years of undiscovered natural heritage, to target and budget.
This is a fixed term contract until December 2029.
The Role:
- Lead the delivery of conservation and habitat restoration projects across the estate, including woodland creation, ancient woodland restoration, species recovery and heritage conservation activities.
- Plan, procure and oversee contracts and site works, ensuring all activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with Woodland Trust standards, FSC requirements and environmental legislation.
- Drive evidence-led conservation management through ecological surveys, habitat assessments and monitoring programmes that inform land management decisions and measure environmental outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with landowners, partners, agencies and local stakeholders, promoting collaborative approaches to nature recovery and sustainable land management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship, securing and managing all necessary consents, licences and permissions before works commence.
- Maintain effective project and financial management, keeping accurate records, monitoring budgets and reporting progress to support organisational and funder requirements.

The Candidate:
- Strong project delivery experience, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects and coordinating a range of stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes on time and within budget.
- Practical forestry, woodland creation or conservation land management expertise, including experience delivering habitat improvement projects and engaging volunteers and local communities. Additionally, delivering safe, inclusive and engaging activities for children, young people and vulnerable adults across a range of settings.
- Experience building and managing effective partnerships, working collaboratively with landowners, contractors and other organisations to achieve shared objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage a wide range of audiences through presentations, reports, consultations, events and digital communications.

We are seeking a Policy Manager to lead IPSEA's policy and influencing work to achieve positive change for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Head of Legal and Training, trustees and colleagues across the organisation, you will set strategic policy priorities and develop evidence-based influencing plans that support IPSEA's mission and long-term objectives.
Drawing on insights from our advice and tribunal services, legal expertise and the experiences of families, you will identify systemic issues within the SEND system and develop policy solutions that improve children and young people's access to the support and education to which they are entitled. You will ensure that IPSEA's policy positions are credible, legally robust and informed by the lived experiences of those we support.
You will lead IPSEA's engagement with government, Parliament and other key decision-makers, identifying opportunities to influence legislation, policy and practice at both national and local level. This includes overseeing responses to consultations, parliamentary inquiries and calls for evidence, as well as preparing briefings and strategic advice to support senior-level engagement and advocacy.

About the role

One25 is a Bristol charity for women moving from crisis and trauma towards independence in the community. It is a highly respected charity working with some of the most marginalised women in Bristol.
One25 services meet women at their point of need, with love and practical support. We do this through our night outreach service which is a lifeline for nearly 200 women on Bristol’s streets. Our Health Hub provides vital support for women to access health services and healthcare professionals. Our caseworkers offer intensive one-to-one care in any area of need: from support in court to finding somewhere safe to live.
We are recruiting a Drug & Alcohol Caseworker to our specialist casework team. You will be supporting women who street sex work in their recovery journey to address challenges that they face as a result of substance use and to access appropriate treatment options including scripting, detox and rehab. This role is part of the wider Horizons Bristol commissioned drug and alcohol service and will involve working closely with relevant partner agencies, as well as your fellow One25 caseworkers, to achieve positive outcomes for women.
We are looking for someone who is creative, values-led, person-centred and a team player who is passionate about tackling health inequalities that women who street sex work face.
