- Lead the Health, Safety and Environment team
- To be Cats Protection’s H&S competent person
- Collaborate across the charity to align Health, Safety and Environment plans with our strategy

What we’re looking for in our Head of Health & Safety and Environment:
- NEBOSH diploma or equivalent H&S qualification and chartered ISOH membership

Role Purpose
Creates and produces distinctive visual content for Trussell, including photography, film, animation and short-form social content. · Create visual content
Creates, captures and edits high-quality photography, film, animation and short-form content that showcases Trussell and our food bank community. Takes ideas from brief through filming, edit and delivery, while commissioning specialist support where needed.
· Develop creative ideas and formats
Develops original visual ideas, compelling narratives and repeatable content formats for social media, web and supporter communications. Spots opportunities to make content more engaging, emotionally resonant and relevant for target audiences.
· Shape quality and bring the brand to life
Shapes edits and final assets with a strong visual eye, applying Trussell’s brand, tone, accessibility and channel needs. Balances consistency with fresh, audience-focused approaches that help content stand out.
· Lead creative projects and commissioning
Leads creative projects in house and with external suppliers, from concept, brief and storyboard through production, edit and delivery. Manages production schedules, budgets and approvals while protecting the quality and ambition of the creative work

About the role
This is a senior leader role which will lead the development and maintenance of the charity’s digital platforms and internal infrastructure, ensuring that we create the best possible experience for our users. Centrepoint, the UK's leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead the delivery of one of the most significant transformation programmes in our organisation's history.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our Big Change Programme (BCP), ensuring complex projects are delivered successfully, organisational change is embedded, and our investment in digital transformation delivers lasting benefits across Centrepoint.

We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills to help them move into education, training and employment. Our ambition is to end youth homelessness by 2037.
Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people every year.
The Big Change Programme is transforming the way Centrepoint works. Through new systems, improved processes and modern digital ways of working, we're building a more efficient organisation that allows our colleagues to spend more time focusing on what matters most - supporting young people.
Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model. The requirement is a minimum of 50% of your working week in the office. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g. two days one week and three days the next). For colleagues on different contracts, this will be adjusted accordingly.

The Policy Advisor will play a vital role in providing strategic guidance and support to the Dioceses Commission, Archbishops' Council, and House of Bishops. This role involves managing complex initiatives, fostering collaboration between dioceses, and ensuring effective policy implementation.
