We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Corporate Partnerships Senior Officer to join our Fundraising Team and support the growth of an exciting and developing area of income generation.
Working alongside our Corporate Partnerships Manager, you'll help build and strengthen relationships with businesses across North London and beyond, helping to secure sustainable income that makes a real difference to the patients and families we support.
The Role

Supported by a multi-million pound grant from the wider church, they are setting up a new function responsible for engaging with clergy at all stages of life and ministry on their current and future plans, offering access to grants to kick-start saving, bespoke advice at key life stages and tailored products that will provide people more choice about their future. As part of this new function, they are now recruiting for a proactive, empathetic Regional Adviser to deliver personalised support to clergy based across the South West region, helping them with day-to-day financial wellbeing matters, and retirement planning.
Working across Dioceses operating across the South West, you will proactively lead local engagement with clergy through structured, personalised one-to-one conversations, events and outreach, helping to connect individuals with expert advice, guidance, products and services that support their current and future financial plans. As a key point of contact for individuals and dioceses in your region, you’ll champion the needs and experiences of clergy, helping to build confidence about what the future might hold, and connecting people to the right information, products, specialists or local support. About the role
You will assist the Shop Manager in the recruitment, support and development of a strong community focused shop team and empower them to maximise Shelter's income. Representing Shelter in your local community, ensuring that you and your team share your knowledge of Shelter's cause with customers, volunteers, donors and potential Shelter clients will also be important aspects of the role. You will always ensure a safe, clean, bright and happy environment for your team to work in and for your customers to shop in, in turn attracting potential donors and volunteers.

What you’ll do:
Provide administrative and practical support, acting as the first point of contact as and when required, responding to common queries or signposting as appropriate
