About the role:

For women facing multiple disadvantage, the right support can be the difference between remaining trapped by systems and beginning to rebuild safety, choice and control. As our Specialist Multiple Disadvantage Worker at Grace House, you’ll provide skilled, persistent and compassionate support to women whose experiences may include homelessness, domestic abuse, trauma, substance use, poor mental health and contact with the criminal justice system.

Using a gender and trauma-informed approach, you’ll build trusting relationships and work alongside women at their own pace. You’ll manage complex casework, advocate firmly on their behalf and help navigate services and systems that can often feel fragmented or difficult to access. You’ll use creativity, professional judgement and tenacity to challenge barriers and help women move forward on their own terms.

You’ll also bring your expertise into multi-agency discussions, ensuring women’s voices, experiences and priorities remain central to the decisions made about their support. Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you’ll help shape responsive, coordinated support and contribute to the continued development of practice across Grace House.

More about the role:  This is not a formal therapy or counselling position. As Therapeutic Coordinator, you will coordinate the therapeutic input for up to four school or partner organisation visits each month, holding personalised conversations with young people, facilitating reflective group discussions and working closely with visiting staff to ensure each child gets the support they need during and after their time on the farm.

You will also write personalised reports, contribute to daily farm life through walks, meals and shared activities, and act as the farm’s Designated Safeguarding Lead, helping ensure safeguarding practice is followed confidently and consistently. 

About you :  You’ll bring strong professional experience of working with young people facing challenging circumstances, with the warmth, curiosity and patience to build trusting relationships. You may come from youth work, education, mentoring, social care, pastoral support or a similar field, and will be confident supporting young people through reflective and relational approaches. About the role:

Working closely with the small team at SIDA this post will promote the work of SIDA through the provision of high-quality digital communication to our members, external stakeholders and the general public, and provide logistical, digital and administrative support for a range of member events including our annual conferences.

About the role

The EDIS Community and Engagement Officer will provide the coordination, communication and relationship-building needed to support the growth, participation and value of the EDIS membership community.

The role will support day-to-day member onboarding, engagement activity, communications, events and community-building processes across the EDIS portfolio. FareShare Midlands rescues good-quality surplus food and gets it to people experiencing hardship through hundreds of community organisations across the region. The Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and hands-on Digital Marketing Officer to join our Marketing & Communications team during an exciting period of growth and development for FareShare Midlands.

Working closely with the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager and colleagues across our MarComms, Fundraising and Corporate Partnerships teams, you will help us reach new audiences, tell compelling stories about our impact and inspire people and organisations to support our work.

This is a varied role with plenty of opportunity to develop your digital marketing skills. You will work across our website, social media, Google Ads, email marketing and digital campaigns, as well as helping us capture and share powerful video-led stories from across FareShare Midlands.

This peer support project is delivered in partnership with South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust to support Carers of people with mental health conditions.  This project will work to support Carers through one-to-one support, outreach, training and peer support groups.

Using your lived experience of caring for someone with a mental health condition, and a strengths-based approach, you will support mental health Carers in their caring role.  You will provide person centred one-to-one- support, information, signposting, and advocacy, develop, and facilitate peer support groups and deliver training and outreach sessions at different locations across the borough.

We are seeking an IDVA to provide high-quality case work support, advocacy and information services to survivors of domestic abuse who are experiencing significant harm from interpersonal harm and relationship abuse. You will carry out DASH Risk Assessments in a timely manner and refer high-risk cases to MARAC where appropriate.

Our IDVA’s work alongside statutory partners to promote a coordinated, multi-agency response for survivors and their families, strengthen professional relationships, and enhance collaboration with IDVA colleagues and wider support services.

About You

You will be highly organised, self-motivated applicants and passionate about ending VAWG and hold a solid understanding of how domestic or sexual violence against a parent can affect a child in the home. You will have a “can-do‟ approach, experience of working with families and demonstrable commitment to Solace’s feminist approach to supporting survivors and their children to be safer.
