We have a newly refurbished community centre in the heart of Foleshill, it has so much to offer, and we believe that strong inclusive leadership will take it to the next level, with community at the heart. We have great partnerships with agencies and funders.

Fundraising is our priority for this year, but we also need to develop new partnerships, support and develop our wonderful staff and volunteers and increase our impact and reach.

Ideally you will have experience of:

·      Generating income, through bids, tenders, grant applications and fundraising

·      Staff and volunteer management

·      Finance and budget management

·      Community participation and engagement

·      Performance and quality management of services and quality.

The role is part-time and can be worked flexibly over 5 days.  The role will be primarily based in Foleshill Community Centre but with an opportunity for some hybrid working.
