The role
Stay is a Telford based charity that supports people experiencing homelessness by providing a range of supported accommodation and tailored support services. Its aim is to help individuals reach their potential and progress toward longer term housing solutions that promote positive wellbeing and healthy lifestyles.
As a Housing Officer & Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering intensive housing management and personalised support to people from diverse backgrounds. Using strength based and Trauma Informed Practice, you will ensure each person receives the guidance they need. You will offer a warm welcome to new tenants as they begin their journey with Stay, ensuring they feel informed, safe, and comfortable in their new environment. Through choice led planning, you will support tenants to work toward their housing aspirations and achieve their personal goals.

As the Area Service Manager, you will be an experienced operational manager who has a proven track record in managing front-line substance misuse, recovery and/or housing services.

Our client is looking for 3 people to join the St Mungo’s Rough Sleeping Service as Housing Led Workers on fixed term contracts until March 2027. They are offering 2 Full Time posts (37.5 hours per week), and 1 Part time (22.5 hours per week).
The team will work in partnership with the Oxford Rough Sleeping Service, and in partnership with local partner agencies to provide long term tenancy sustainment support to clients experiencing homelessness. Their aim is to support people to access suitable accommodation; and move-on with the right support in place.
In the role of Housing Led Worker you will work as part of a team to oversee the day-to-day delivery of the service. Managing a caseload of around 15-20 clients you will:
- Provide personalised, flexible support that helps clients access the right services for their mental and physical health, substance use, community engagement, learning, training, and employment.
- Deliver intensive, ongoing support to help clients establish their home, sustain their tenancy, and work towards their personal goals and aspirations.

Acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will ensure that team members fulfil their duties in safeguarding children and young people in line with company policies, and will work in partnership with a range of agencies to achieve best possible outcomes for all service users. We’re on the lookout for a passionate person to join our vibrant Allocations and Lettings team in Bradford as a Lettings Coordinator!
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our mission - marketing Accent’s homes and guiding customers through the exciting journey of moving in. You’ll work as part of a specialist national lettings team, collaborating with Local Authority partners to ensure every property is advertised fairly, transparently, and in line with legislation.

Salary
The salary for the Lettings Coordinator post is £28,793 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
About you
• Experience in lettings or allocations, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and operational requirements.
• Proven experience building successful working relationships with external partners, particularly within the housing sector.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and specific business software.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
• Strong record-keeping skills with knowledge of GDPR.
• CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice or equivalent (or willingness to work towards) or qualified through experience.

Keychange is a Christian charity with over 100 years of experience supporting people facing vulnerability. Today, we provide specialist housing for women and young people experiencing homelessness, alongside residential care for older people across the South and South West of England.
We are now seeking an exceptional Women’s Homelessness Lead (Surrey) to shape and lead our specialist women’s homelessness service at Wayside Community in Reigate. This community is a 19 bed, 24-7 supported housing for women experiencing homelessness. This is a rare opportunity to combine frontline leadership, strategic development, and church and community partnership building in a role with real depth, influence and impact.

- This is a leadership role with both operational and strategic responsibility. You will:
- Provide leadership and line management to the Deputy Manager, Senior Administrator and a skilled team of support workers

The Role
This role is about ownership, resilience and impact. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, working proactively to reduce arrears, prevent bad debt and support residents to sustain their tenancies.

About the role
In this role we will trust you to work with other team members on a caseload of clients delivering personalised support to them. You will proactively engage with our clients and provide a hand so they can overcome barriers, move into independent living and sustain a tenancy. Main Responsibilities Of The Role:
· Ensure the effective delivery of high quality care, support and housing management according to Homeless Oxfordshire policies and procedures.
· To be a supportive and effective part of the team working as part of a rota including evenings and weekends.
· Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
· To support and encourage clients to care for themselves and develop independent living skills.
· To assess and manage risk for individuals and in the service, making use of emergency services as required.
· Report any safeguarding concerns without delay in line with procedures.
· To make and maintain Housing Benefit claims and support clients to pay their service charges regularly.
· To work in partnership with other agencies to ensure the delivery of holistic wrap around support.
· To support the running of the service and perform shift responsibilities and duties that maintain good health and safety and ensures the safeguarding of clients and others.
· Manage challenging situations in line with procedures and to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
· To participate in handovers at the beginning and end of shifts, ensuring that information is properly recorded and passed on where appropriate and relevant and in a timely fashion.
