Our Prayerline call takers are all volunteers who have a passion for prayer and an intimate relationship with Jesus that desires them to see breakthrough in people’s lives. This role, as part of our staff team, will ensure that our volunteers as well as our callers have a safe and positive experience of telephone prayer ministry.
In order to fulfil this role, you must be computer literate, able to monitor the call management system, analysing dropped calls and call waiting times but also ensuring that volunteers are able to log into and out of the system successfully. You will also need excellent people skills as you will be the primary point of contact should a volunteer have a difficult call and need prayer and support themselves, with escalation to the team leads when necessary. You will also be required to pray for callers should you notice that waiting times are becoming too long.
We are looking for someone who can offer us five afternoons per week, working Monday – Friday from 1.00pm – 5.00pm and one Saturday in four working from 10.00am – 6.00pm
You will also need to be flexible in offering cover for absences, which could be Saturdays, mornings or evenings.

About the role
As Reconnect Worker, you will provide family support and mediation to young people aged 11 to 25 and their families during periods of conflict, crisis or relationship breakdown.
Working across schools, Nightstop placements and Depaul UK services, you will help improve communication, strengthen family relationships and reduce the risk of youth homelessness.
Key responsibilities include:
· Providing focused family support and mediation

Role Summary:
The Programme Development Officer is responsible for ensuring that The Girls' Network develops high-quality, consistent, and impactful programmes for girls and young women across all regions. Working closely with the colleagues in the Programme team, volunteers, and education establishments, the post-holder will support the development and continuous improvement of our mentoring, workshop, and ambassador offer. They will ensure that programmes are grounded in best practice and aligned to organisational strategy. We are seeking an organised, enthusiastic and proactive individual to provide maternity cover and coordinate NFFN Scotland’s Knowledge Exchange (KE) programme of activities.

This role involves hitting the ground running, working closely with farmers, crofters, partner organisations, and the wider NFFN team to deliver a programme of impactful events, grow the network, and support knowledge sharing to accelerate the adoption of nature friendly farming practices.
This maternity cover role will play a key role in delivering NFFN Scotland’s KE strategy, contributing to the growth of our network and raising awareness of nature-friendly farming across the country. They will work closely with the NFFN Scotland Manager and the farmer-led steering group, as well as other NFFN staff involved in farmer and public engagement, to ensure alignment with the wider organisational strategy. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with a range of audiences are essential, as is a proactive and collaborative approach to working across teams and with external partners.
This is a home-based role based in Scotland, and the successful applicant must be willing and able to travel to farms, meetings and events across the country, including occasional overnight stays. Valid UK driving licence, or an equivalent licence permitting you to drive in the UK is essential.

The overall purpose of Barnardo's Early Help Autism Team is to support children with Autism (or in the process of an autism assessment being undertaken) and their parent/carer.

Job Description
The role will involve the following:
Line management: managing and developing Build Studios and Build Workspace’s small staff team, with access to retained HR support agency. Leading annual appraisals and regular 1:1s.
Governance : managing the annual cadence of quarterly board meetings, AGM and associated companies house and charity commission filing, liaising closely with the boards of directors of both companies.
Business Planning: annual business planning, working with the board, staff team and other stakeholders to develop an ambitious annual plan in line with Build Studios five year strategic plan.
Budgeting and financial management: production of annual budget, working closely with the Treasurer and Chairs of Build Studios and Build Workspace; quarterly monitoring of financial performance in liaison with accountants; day to day management of project budgets and payments.
Fundraising: Leading fundraising bids with relevant grant funding bodies, developing new programmes in line with their (and Build Studios’) strategic priorities. Approaching sponsors for financial support, making a compelling case for investment.
Project management: Taking a lead role in managing projects, ensuring delivery, reporting and impact measurement are conducted in line with funder requirements and our own standards.
Communications and marketing: Supporting the team with delivering strong communications and marketing through our various channels (website, LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters). The contract of employment will be with Build Workspace, but the post-holder will work across both Build Studios and Build Workspace.

About the role
The Care Experienced Engagement Coordinator role presents a unique opportunity to work directly with the care experienced community to bring to life this untold history.
