The Head of Commercial Partnerships is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and delivering Jericho's corporate engagement and partnership strategy.
The postholder will build and maintain relationships with employers, businesses, funders and strategic partners to create employment pathways for participants, generate income for Jericho's social enterprises and unlock wider support through corporate fundraising, social value partnerships, volunteering and advocacy.
Working across multiple areas of the organisation, the role will act as a bridge between Jericho's employability, enterprise and income generation functions, ensuring partnerships deliver meaningful social impact while strengthening the organisation's long-term sustainability.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Jericho's corporate engagement strategy and become a key external ambassador for one of Birmingham's leading employment-focused charities.
We would consider 0.8 FTE for the right candidate. The successful applicant must have the Right to Work in the UK as we are unable to offer sponsorship.

The Head of Data leads the Foundation’s enterprise-wide data strategy, establishing a trusted, secure, well-governed and insight-driven data environment. The role is responsible for delivering data governance, data quality, architecture, engineering, reporting, analytics and the effective use of cloud native data platforms across the organisation.
This leadership role accelerates the Foundation’s journey toward becoming a data-mature, insight-led organisation, supporting strategic decision-making, regulatory confidence, operational excellence, and impact measurement.
Reporting to the Director of Transformation, the Head of Data builds and develops the team, shapes the Foundation’s data culture, and ensures data is a strategic asset that drives value, trust and innovation.
The Head of Data delivers a modern, secure and trusted data environment supporting the Foundation’s mission, and ensures high quality of data that strengthens insight, transparency, regulatory confidence and impact measurement. The Woodland Trust is looking for a Principal Commercial Solicitor to lead on commercial legal cases for the Trust to enable us to operate in a compliant and effective manner.
The Role:
• Lead the effective deliver of a varied caseload including commercial sponsorship, procurement, collaboration and intellectual property cases.
• Lead the Trusts team of commercial lawyers providing support and training where required.
• Provide pragmatic, considered and informed legal advice.
• Research areas of law to provide considered solutions in new contexts.
• Monitor and manage engagement with external solicitors and oversee VFM delivery.
• Understand and advise on legal risk to enable effective decision making within the organisation.
• Create bespoke documentation to produce appropriate agreements.
• This is a hybrid position with a mix of home working, and from our head office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Head office attendance would be required no more than once every two months on average.
The Candidate:
• Experience in contract, regulatory or intellectual property cases.
• Experience in data protection law and practice with the ability to advise senior stakeholders on complex legal issues.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and reason effectively.
• Experience leading on complex contractual matters with the ability to draft and negotiate significant contracts.
• Knowledge about contract law.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge on charity and other regulatory law in practice alongside charity legal compliance.
• Experience advising stakeholders on complex property legal issues.
• Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
