If so, St Giles Trust is looking for a Programme Mobilisation Manager to lead the mobilisation of our national lived experience support programme as part of the Changing Futures initiative.
About St Giles Trust
An ambitious, well-established charity that helps people facing adversity to find jobs, homes and the right support they need. St Giles Trust has been commissioned to deliver a national lived experience support offer, working alongside the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and other national partners to strengthen local delivery, embed lived experience and support long-term systems change.
About this key role
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the early development of a national programme. During this three-month mobilisation phase, you will build strong relationships with local partnerships, people with lived experience and national stakeholders, gathering insight to understand local priorities and ensure our support offer is responsive, practical and grounded in real experience.
You will lead engagement and listening activities across local areas, identify opportunities for collaboration, translate learning into clear delivery plans and help establish a credible and influential national presence for the programme.
