The King’s Trust is looking for a passionate and experienced Safeguarding Advisor to join our national Safeguarding Team on a maternity cover basis. This is a vital role where your expertise will help protect and promote the safety and well-being of young people aged 11 to 30, with a particular focus on those aged 18 to 25. Working at the heart of the organisation, you will handle safeguarding referrals, manage cases and work closely with colleagues across the Trust to ensure young people are supported at the right time and in the right way.
You will be a trusted point of contact for a designated region, offering clear, confident advice and building strong relationships with delivery teams and external agencies. Alongside case management, you will contribute to investigations, deliver safeguarding training and play an active role in shaping and improving safe practice across the Trust. This is a varied and impactful role that combines professional judgement, collaboration and a strong commitment to statutory and best practice standards.

Salary: £52,186.09 pro rata (£36,530.26 for 3.5 days).
Location: Working from home, with preference for candidates in the UK.

About Culture Unstained
Culture Unstained is a campaigns and investigations organisation which primarily works to end fossil fuel sponsorship of culture, undermining the industry’s ‘social licence to operate’. We believe that targeting cultural sponsorship gets to the core of challenging the disruptive role of the fossil fuel industry in our politics, society and culture.
We work to end the social legitimacy and cultural power the fossil free industry currently gains from its involvement in culture and art – most visibly by sponsoring museums, galleries and other arts organisations – in order to bring about a world where cultural organisations draw an ethical red line and proudly reject funding and other ties to those involved in fuelling the climate crisis.

Job DescriptionAs Deputy Head of Fundraising, you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering our regional fundraising plans and contributing to Marie Curie’s wider UK fundraising strategy. Working closely with the Head(s) of Fundraising, you’ll help translate strategy into action driving income growth, strengthening supporter relationships, and leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
This is a varied and influential role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll work collaboratively across fundraising disciplines and with colleagues in marketing, communications, policy and caring services to ensure activity is joined-up, audience-focused and impactful.
