This will include networking and building relationships with existing and potential statutory and non-statutory partners; bringing in appropriate expertise to achieve community-led development projects; direct support for community action such as community-led research projects and partnerships; community mapping, visioning and action planning; supporting reflection and evaluation; and sharing learning widely. The BNSSG VCSE Alliance is a collaborative network of over 200 voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations working across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG). Its mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of people and communities by enabling the VCSE sector to influence decisions and work alongside the BNSSG Integrated Care System.
This role, the VCSE Alliance Director, will provide strategic leadership for the BNSSG VCSE Alliance, strengthening the influence of the VCSE sector within the Integrated Care System. Voscur is a co-founder and host of the BNSSG VCSE Alliance and plays a key leadership role through the Alliance Steering Group. The Head of Finance will lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring our financial information is accurate, timely and useful. The role will oversee financial reporting, controls, compliance, payroll, budgeting and forecasting, while managing and developing the finance team. As a Family Team Recovery Worker, you will work within a trauma-informed, gender-responsive and child-centred service, providing structured support to women and families with complex needs. You will play a key role in delivering Oasis Project's Parenting Our Children, Accessing Recovery (POCAR) programme, working directly with mothers and, where appropriate, fathers who may be involved with Children's Social Care.
This is a varied, rewarding and sometimes emotionally demanding role where you will work within a team to manage a caseload, deliver individual and group interventions, contribute to safeguarding and child protection processes, and work closely with Children's Social Care and partner agencies to support positive outcomes for families.

About East London Rape Crisis Service
East London Rape Crisis provides free, confidential specialist support for women and girls who have been raped or experienced any other form of sexual violence or abuse at any time in their lives, regardless of whether or not they have reported to the police. We offer confidential and independent support. Services include advocacy, emotional and practical support, one-to-one counselling and group work.
About You
The Women’s Caseworker provides proactive short-term support and casework to female victim-survivors of sexual violence. You will work as part of a growing feminist Rape Crisis service that is developing to meet the needs of women and girls. This post involves travel across East London, and a hybrid model of home, outreach and office working.
We’re looking for a highly organised and self-motivated woman who is passionate about ending violence against women, girls and children. You’ll have a ‘can-do’ approach and demonstrable commitment to nia’s feminist approach to supporting women and girls. We particularly encourage applications from Black, Asian and minoritised women, young women with lived experience and those who have experience of accessing services as a young woman/girl.

Salary: £29,000- £32,000 dependent on experience and qualification
