Purpose of the post
The Development and Partnerships Officer will support the stewardship of partnerships and the delivery of partnership campaigns that generate income, reach and impact for the organisation. The role will provide essential coordination, administration and relationship management support, helping to ensure partnerships are well managed, activated effectively and aligned with strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience of stewarding partnerships, fundraising, delivering across multiple projects. You will take a hands-on approach in coordinating exciting events and building relationships across the whole community. This role is part of the Marketing & Communications team working closely with the Commercial Partnerships and Development lead.
Key responsibilities
The role will work across the charity to support the delivery of partnership and national campaigns which generate income, reach and brand value for the organisation. It will provide essential coordination, administration and relationship support, ensuring partnerships are well managed, activated effectively and aligned with delivery requirements.
Stewardship: Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement

Supporting the income generation, growth and development of The Reading Agency.

Build and maintain relationships with a range of partners, including but not limited to funders, businesses and the publishing sector.

Campaign Planning & Delivery

About Veterans With Dogs
Veterans With Dogs is a UK charity that transforms the lives of Armed Forces veterans living with mental health challenges. Through the provision of highly trained assistance dogs and trauma-informed support, we help restore purpose, independence, and dignity to those who have served.
Founded in 2012, our work addresses a vital gap for veterans living with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. Through our award-winning PALS™ (Partner Animal Life Skills) programme, we help veterans re-engage with life, with the support of a trusted companion by their side.
Following a period of governance transition and renewal, we are entering a new and exciting phase. As we begin this next chapter, we are seeking an experienced, values-driven CEO to lead us confidently into this next phase.
The Role
The CEO will provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and cultural leadership for Veterans With Dogs. Working closely with the Board of Trustees, the CEO will oversee the delivery of the charity’s mission, ensure operational excellence, develop our long-term strategy, and foster a values-led and high-performing team.
This is a hands-on, multi-dimensional leadership role, ideal for a calm, pragmatic, and inspiring individual with experience of organisational stabilisation, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable growth. You will be a visible leader at our base in Exeter, while building strong relationships across the veteran, assistance dog, and wider charity sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
· Lead the development and delivery of an interim plan and longer-term organisational strategy
· Translate strategic goals into clear operational priorities and plans

Responsibilities
1. Work collaboratively with the KCS Communications team to ensure all designed elements and communications have a consistent look and feel in line with existing style guides.

Islamic Relief UK (IRUK) is recruiting for the position of Senior Graphic Designer to be based from its Waterloo Office, London. The organisation is currently operating to a hybrid working model.
As a key member of the Creative Content team, the Senior Graphic Designer will lead on and produce all aspects of creative design and branded materials. Responsible for ensuring heightened creativity and brand consistency, the Graphic Designer will act as a brand guardian, leading creativity across the organisation to elevate IR’s brand.
The Graphic Designer will lead on creating engaging designs for a variety of briefs from ideation through to concepts development, design and final creative products for Islamic Reliefs fundraising, marketing, advocacy, UK programmes campaigns and initiatives.
They are responsible for producing a diverse range of high-quality, innovative, and engaging digital and print materials that showcase IR’s progressive humanitarian work both nationally and internationally.
The role involves creating and developing visual assets across multiple channels, including direct mail packs, posters, leaflets, project booklets, fundraising materials and emergency appeal communications, social media graphics, digital ads, event marketing materials, advocacy campaign assets, website visuals, and published reports. The post holder will also occasionally support video production for campaigns.
This position requires a strong combination of creativity and technical expertise to deliver and coordinate all aspects of design work. The successful candidate will be comfortable working to tight deadlines, consistently delivering high-quality outputs that align with IRUK brand guidelines.
The successful candidate must have:
- A qualification or relevant experience in Graphic Design
- Proven experience of producing designs from ideation, concepts through to final creative assets
- Experience in storyboarding and presenting ideas creatively
- Proven experience in producing graphic design assets for all digital and print platforms including direct mail packs, magazines, and print reports
- Experience in producing varied graphic design assets for digital ads
- Experience in developing and elevating brand identity through multiple design projects
- Proven experience of working with multiple stakeholders and clients

The ideal candidate

- Oversee the management, integrity and development of the operations Salesforce In-Form.
- Lead on the design and delivery of reporting tools and dashboards to monitor performance.

RSTMH is a charity and membership society for those working or interested in tropical medicine and global health, and currently have around 2,000 members and Fellows from more than 100 countries, with a network of more than 10,000 involved with our work in some way. We are looking for an experienced Membership Manager who will help us manage all aspects of our membership programme. This involves maintaining high levels of retention and developing and delivering new recruitment strategies for members across the world.
The role will also focus on developing membership journey programmes to ensure our members receive a top quality service from the Society and that all membership processes are undertaken with efficiency, energy and effectiveness.
The Membership Manager will also play a crucial role in ensuring that we are promoting RSTMH, and its membership offer, to our members and supporters. This person would be the first point of contact for our members and so must be professional, a sound communicator and efficient in their approach.
