In the role of Asset Investment Manager, you will support the improvement of data management systems and processes, provide accurate data and analysis reports, and prepare budgets ensuring statutory and regulatory requirements are met. This role also offers the opportunity to play a key role in developing and implementing parts of our Asset Management Strategy, overseeing development and ongoing maintenance of:

• Planned maintenance programmes, including reporting on performance management.
• Stock condition surveys which inform our approach to asset management and evidence compliance.
• Programmes of work to deliver St Mungo’s Environmental Sustainability Strategy.

In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill, London. This allows for in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations. 

About you

We are looking for someone with experience of carrying out property appraisals and preparing and managing projects and programmes, within time and budget.

• You will demonstrate good commercial and financial awareness and knowledge of working with asset/housing management databases.
• You will have experience of working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, with proven influencing and negotiating skills.

Your Role

Al-Khair Foundation uses Salesforce to manage relationships with our donors, supporters, and stakeholders, including recording all donations made to the organisation. Al-Khair Foundation’s Database Officer will be responsible for the monthly delivery of the income and data reconciliation processes for the Fundraising teams, which includes liaising with a wide range of external agencies and the website to successfully download and query files, update and create new supporter records on the database, process cheques and payment requests, and work closely with the Finance team to ensure all anticipated and banked income tallies correctly.

You will also work closely with colleagues in the Database team to support and maintain regular database processes, data cleansing, and other database-related functions that happen on a monthly or quarterly basis. This may include responding to and being responsible for Support Ticket queries in relation to income, data, and/or the database generally and working with external database agencies such as our web platform partners and Salesforce.

Aside from these core duties, from time to time, you may also carry out general administrative tasks on behalf of the Supporter Engagement team. This may include supporting the Supporter Care Assistant during busy periods with customer care via email and telephone and recording updates, processing invoices, and maintaining and updating team rotas and trackers.

Your Responsibilities

• Delivering the monthly data reconciliation and income reconciliation processes, which include downloading and uploading data files.
• Supporting the Fundraising teams with their monthly income recording and reconciliation.
• Liaising with external agencies and the Finance team.
• Checking for and correcting inaccuracies and updating supporter records.
• Running reports for the Fundraising and Finance teams.

Who You Are

We are looking for a Mental Health Carers Advisor who possesses an understanding of the challenges of unpaid caring and whose experience of working within mental health services includes support, prevention, recovery, and self-management. The Role:
We’re looking for a bold and caring person to lead and develop Lancashire Mind’s Wellbeing Coaching service and mobilise a pilot of therapeutic services; a new service for Lancashire Mind.

You will be a mental health practitioner with experience of delivering therapeutic services and understand the different types of therapy and support clients need. To succeed in the role, you will need excellent communication skills, project management and line management experience.

The current postholder is going on maternity leave so we are looking for someone who is able to step into the role and hit the ground running. You will be motivated, flexible and adaptable.

Along with managing the rollout of Lancashire Mind’s therapeutic services, you will manage several coaching focussed projects. As such you will lead on partner and funder liaison, promotion, quality assurance, monitoring and reporting. You will work with a range of voluntary and community organisations and will identify and develop new opportunities for services.

This is an exciting time for Lancashire Mind as we grow our coaching and therapeutic service to reach and support more people. We want someone who believes in our vision of a Lancashire where everyone has the opportunity to have the best mental health and wellbeing possible.

Lancashire Mind has a dedicated workplace wellbeing programme to ensure staff are supported with their own wellbeing which includes an Employee Assistance Programme, a half-day wellbeing day and wellbeing activities throughout the year.

We are recruiting for a Sales Assistant to join our brand new boutique concept store in Rustington, West Sussex!

Our Sales Assistants deliver an excellent retail service, ensuring that every customer has a great shopping experience. As a valued Sales Assistant you will contribute towards maximising shop sales and profits as well as the successful day to day running of the shop. You will also deputise for the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager in their absence.

The successful candidate will support with sales, stock rotation, organising displays, store tidying and much more, whilst representing Age UK in a professional manner and reflecting our core values.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to handle/lift bags of stock (up to 10kgs.)

You will have:

• Experience in working in a customer facing role
• Experience of cash handling
• Ability to lift and carry bags of stock up to 10kg's
• The ability to work as part of an effective team.
• Be able to lone work when needed
• Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues, as well as commitment to equal opportunities
• A flexible approach to work with requirement to work additional days to cover holidays and sickness or participate in trading outside of normal shop hours e.g. shop events
