This role is critical to supporting a highly performing group of staff as we seek to transform lives through the prevention and treatment of blindness. About the role
This Engagement Manager role is a maternity cover position and forms a key part of FNF's Policy, Impact and Membership function. The role is not a like-for-like replacement; instead, it has been intentionally shaped to focus on membership engagement, relationship management and delivery, with policy activity covered elsewhere in the team.
The postholder will act as a membership account manager, responsible for recruiting, onboarding and engaging organisational members - primarily NHS Trusts and senior nursing leaders - as well as supporting the development of a new individual membership pilot.

As Senior Business Intelligence Manager, you’ll be the strategic analytical lead for Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement. Reporting to the Head of Prospect Development and Business Intelligence, you’ll lead the design and delivery of advanced analytical work, from predictive models to interactive Power BI dashboards used across the organisation to support strategic decisions.

About You
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience:

1. Technical proficiency in SQL for data extraction and a formula language such as DAX for complex Power BI measures
