Working in the Brand & Content team, you will be a key member of the team that delivers our big integrated campaign, launching in October. Working within our Programme Development and Funding Team, this role offers variety, and a chance to make a meaningful contribution to our work with, and for older people around the world.

The post-holder will work closely with partners globally, across the programme funding cycle, from the design and development of projects to contract management and reporting. They will also support Age International to build relations and secure funding from a wide range of institutional donors, and to manage one of our key donor portfolios.

This role focuses on helping secure funds for projects which align with our core thematic priorities: healthy ageing, secure incomes, combatting ageism, and inclusive humanitarian action. The Resident Engagement Manager will be the organisational lead in a new and exciting lottery funded project leading a small team and overseeing the design and delivery of the LEAP service at Homeless Oxfordshire and with wider partners.

LEAP is built on the foundation of strong, supportive relationships that empower residents to move towards stable, independent living. Through one-to-one key worker support, trauma-informed care, and community engagement, residents rebuild trust, form friendships, and gain confidence. About the role

We are currently recruiting a Programme Manager to join our growing South & West campus teams, distributed across the Birmingham and Bristol areas. The Associate Programme Manager is responsible for the proactive and effective planning, execution, and administration of the Initial Teacher Education programme across our Birmingham and Bristol campuses, as well as supporting the management and delivery of our ECF and NPQ programmes in Birmingham and Bristol.

This is a hybrid working role with both work from home and on campus. This role would be linked to the NIoT’s Birmingham campus (Oasis Woodview, B15 2HU) and applicants should therefore live within a commutable distance of the Birmingham campus. As some of the team are based in our Bristol campus (The Greenway Centre, Southmead, BS10 5PY) candidates should also be able to work from the Bristol campus at least once every 2-3 weeks, to build relationships and work as a team. Our Programme Manager will also work remotely with programme managers in our other three regions across the country to ensure that our provision is of consistently high quality. The NIoT deliver our programmes directly on our two campuses as well as through our Associate Colleges in other parts of the South and West region. Main duties & responsibilities

Ensure high-quality programme management principles are embedded in all aspects of South and West delivery that are delegated to them by the South and West Senior Leadership Team and the NIoT Programme Faculties.

We are looking for a proactive policy and corporate affairs professional to join the Police Now team and play a key role in shaping understanding of our programmes, build support amongst stakeholders, and lead the conversation on police reform and culture change. 

Police Now’s mission is to transform communities, reduce crime and increase public confidence in policing.  You will be instrumental in identifying and offering great opportunities to showcase the best of Police Now's work with Ministers, officials, MPs, Peers, committees, All-Party Parliamentary Groups, and other policy stakeholders and influencers.  You will use your skills in advocacy and effective communication to increase awareness of and support for what we deliver, and be an effective partner to the Government demonstrating delivery of their 13,000 neighbourhood policing pledge and the difference good local policing makes to communities.

What you’ll do – the key responsibilities

•Establish yourself within Police Now as a source of expert political advice and guidance in handling sensitive issues and relationships, working to protect and enhance our reputation. 

•Be curious about police reform, be actively contributing on external thinking about this and ensure PN colleagues are kept abreast of key developments.

•Maintain the day to day relationship with the Home Office including organising meetings, submissions, paperwork and evaluations.

The Capital Project Manager will be responsible for leading a £4-5M project that will build a new Cattery facility at our Battersea Old Windsor site. Fauna & Flora is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and adaptable individual for the role of Office Manager. As a member of the Operations Team, you will ensure the smooth running of Fauna & Flora’s Cambridge headquarters (accommodating circa 200 employees), including responsibility for facilities management, UK Health & Safety and delivery of our Reception function. You will also drive our head office’s environmental and sustainability practices and support Fauna & Flora and its staff across the globe in initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint generated by our work.

Fauna & Flora is based in the David Attenborough Building (DAB) on the New Museums Site, where the University of Cambridge and nine conservation organisations have collaborated to create the Cambridge Conservation Initiative (CCI) – the largest grouping of nature conservation organisations and university researchers in the world. You will therefore not only deal with a wide range of individuals from Fauna & Flora, including our members and supporters, our trustees and your colleagues in the UK and across the globe, but also your counterparts in the other NGOs and the central facilities staff at the DAB, as well as contractors, suppliers and our University landlords.

The Brand Manager will play a crucial role in the planning, development and implementation of brand activity across the charity. The role is key to driving growth across brand, fundraising and engagement.

Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and the wider Brand department, this role will put the Alzheimer’s Research UK brand at the heart of everything we do, business partnering across the organisation to embed the brand internally, maximise opportunities to amplify the brand, and drive brand consistency.

The Brand Manager will liaise across the whole organisation, working particularly closely with key contacts across Marketing and Fundraising, Communications and Policy.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:

· Work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to develop and deliver the organisation-wide brand strategy, driving engagement across the charity.

· Act as an internal brand consultant across the organisation, collaborating with teams to amplify the brand and maximise brand opportunities.

· Lead brand input into integrated campaign moments across the charity, ensuring consistent look and feel and aligned messaging.

· Inspire and engage colleagues internally, delivering internal communications to ensure that the brand is alive, understood and actively developed.

· Drive forward planning to ensure that plans are co-ordinated, regularly reviewed, and the brand is measured effectively.

· Support the Senior Brand Manager and existing Brand Manager to deliver Alzheimer’s Research UK’s key brand campaigns.

· Be a day-to-day contact for external agencies and freelancers where relevant.

· Work with the Insight team to track and evaluate brand health and the impact of brand campaign activity.

What we are looking for:

· Excellent experience in a brand role.

· Excellent experience of developing creative and applying a master brand to products, content and communications.

· Experience of leading multi-channel brand or marketing communications campaigns with a good knowledge of the full marketing mix.

· Experience of working with corporate partners to develop communications that amplify the brand.

· Proven experience in project planning, management and delivery.

· Experience of working with external creative agencies and freelancers.

· Strong experience of developing key messaging for individual products and campaigns.

· Experience of measuring and reporting on brand health and campaign performance.

· The ability to work at pace, delivering multiple complex projects to meet specified deadlines.
