About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Wellbeing and Training Officer to support the wellbeing and development of our SANEline volunteers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our volunteers feel valued and supported to provide a high standard of emotional support to our callers.

Working closely with the Training and Volunteer Manager, you will help ensure that all volunteers receive timely, appropriate and emphatic support. You will also play role in delivering welfare support, planning and delivering training sessions and promoting volunteer engagement and retention.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide valuable, hands-on experience in delivering wellbeing support and training for volunteers who provide emotional support to vulnerable callers.

Salary: £27,000 -29,000 pro rata, depending on experience

South East London Mind’s award-winning Mindful Mums programme aims to build resilience and prevent pregnant and new mums from developing mental health problems during the perinatal period (pregnancy up to 1 year). The service has supported over 4,000 parents within the last eight years.

We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator (Maternity Cover) to act as our Single Point of Access for professionals, service users and volunteers. The role is responsible for managing all referrals, providing holistic and person-centred support to vulnerable women experiencing mental health challenges. The role will provide high quality and supportive line management of staff, and will oversee the recruitment life cycle of volunteers to the Mindful Mums project, including interviews, onboarding, training and supervision.

You will be highly organised with experience of staff and data management in a target-driven environment. Working independently but collaboratively, you will take a solution-focused approach to improve processes and will be able to utilise databases to produce and analyse reports. You will also be a confident facilitator, as some group and training delivery will be expected.

This role would ideally suit a parent who has successfully managed their own perinatal mental health problems and those with good understanding of promoting positive perinatal mental wellbeing.

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London.  All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. 

We are recruiting Employment Advisors to join our IPS service, you will be based in Newham, working 35 hours per week. Working Well Trust's services have previously been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment.

You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. Job Purpose

This role sits within our new forensic Women’s Nova Roots service, which is a peer led service for women who are leaving forensic services, based in West London. The service will be open 3 days a week: one weekday evening out of hours and three weekends a month (flexible weekend pattern and times can be arranged).

The aim of the service is to support women who are leaving forensic care to re-integrate into society by offering a community social hub. The focus of the service is to provide social engagement, relaxation and a touch point for out of hours forensic support. The Women’s Hub will provide face-to-face holistic group support, offer psychoeducation and health workshops tailored and coproduced to the direct needs of clients, offer peer-led groups which will be co-designed and led by the clients accessing the hub. We will also offer a range of activities onsite.

Nova Roots will be an extension of the existing support offered by the Specialist Community Forensic Team (SCFT), offering out of hours social support. All referrals into the hub will be directly from the SCFTs and local hospitals.

The Nova Roots will be staffed with 1 part time Project Coordinator and 4 Forensic/Peer Led Volunteers – with Service Manager oversight. The Project Coordinator will work directly and closely with the SCFTs.

The Role

The role of the Nova Roots Project Coordinator is to arrange and coordinate a range of psychoeducation, health and peer-led workshops which will be delivered 3 times a week. The Nova Roots Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the 4 peer-led volunteers and oversight of the site 3 days a week. The Nova Roots Project Coordinator will also be required to be in regular communication with the SCFTs.

The role will require hybrid working: onsite when the hub is open and 1 day of planning/coordination which can be worked remotely on a rota basis.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Community Outreach Manager to manage and expand our outreach efforts. The Community Outreach Manager will be responsible for leading a team to deliver Betknowmore UK's Community Outreach services, engaging with local communities, and supporting individuals impacted by gambling harms. 

This is a key leadership role that involves overseeing the service’s strategy, operations, and delivery, ensuring that services are accessible, effective, and meet the needs of diverse communities.

This role is within our Evaluation Practice. The evaluation team works with schools and organisations, analysing the impact of programmes and interventions to help them do more of what works and less of what doesn’t. We work with more than 1,400 schools and 80 education organisations, serving more than a quarter of million pupils. This includes helping our partners to design high-quality research projects, delivering them, and providing systems and tools for data collection, reporting and impact benchmarking.

The Opportunity

The Manager role works across ImpactEd Evaluation. Our partners encompass education organisations such as charities, edtech organisations and government, and schools and multi-academy Trusts. We aim to deliver high-quality research and evaluation projects that help our partners make better decisions to benefit young people.

You will act as a consultant on a range of different partnerships to help partners develop their evaluation strategy and approach. For example, you could deliver independent evaluations for organisations like the Careers and Enterprise Company, Nesta or multi-academy Trusts such as Lift Schools. You will also have opportunities to contribute to development of team strategy and learning and development resources.

As a manager you will act as a project lead, delivering high-quality research projects at scale, and support the creation of specific deliverables for projects led by others. This covers the end to end of research design and delivery, including the creation of Theories of Change and evaluation frameworks, data collection and analysis, and impact reporting to help our partners learn about the effectiveness of their programmes. At manager level you will have the opportunity to take on larger-scope partnerships supported by a project sponsor at senior manager level or above.

We are open to a range of backgrounds, but would expect prior experience of research and evaluation delivery and partnership management. Experience and understanding of the UK education system would also be an asset.  Across all our roles we look for team members who are excited by combining research work with listening to partner needs and designing solutions that work for them.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Contract Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our mental health services within the Slough area. This pivotal role is responsible for the operational and strategic management of all contracts in your designated patch, ensuring high-quality service delivery and positive outcomes for individuals with mental health and complex needs.

As a Contract Manager, you will lead and support a team of front-line staff, providing clear direction, performance oversight, and ongoing professional development. A key aspect of the role is fostering strong leadership and cultivating competence within your team to drive continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

Drive business planning activities within your contract, ensuring relevant and challenging objective setting and ongoing performance tracking, developing turn around action plans as may be necessary
Using sound financial and accounting principles, manage contract budgets to deliver on corporate and local contract financial targets
Successfully lead and motivate your team to ensure the championing of and maintenance of a positive local culture within your service
Work to continuously improve staff competence, ensure ownership of all staff issues and speedy and effective conflict resolution
Responsible for reporting all staff changes to HR and Payroll departments, as appropriate e.g. starters, leavers, additional hours etc.
Responsible for maintaining quarterly staff succession plans
Deliver effective, professional and commercially focused briefings and supervision meetings with staff and ensure that information, reporting & communications flow up/down is effective
Responsible for managing and allocating customers to support staff (casework management)

Richmond Borough Mind is a vibrant local charity that has been supporting and providing services for adults affected by mental health problems and their carers for over 60 years. 

We are excited to be looking for a Young Adults Peer Support Worker. You will have your own lived experience of mental ill health and be able to use this experience as well as your professional skills and knowledge, to support others.

With the expansion of our work in this area we aim to reduce waiting times, reduce the number of people going into crisis, address inequalities and support transitions from youth to adult services. We will be offering holistic and personalised care and support to service users and carers.

This role will carry caseload and deliver a range of support and person-centred interventions to meet these needs, which could include group support, one-to-one interventions and signposting where specialist advice is needed. Referrals could be young adults, careleavers, people currently under adult mental health services, or carers supporting people in the community.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about motivating and coaching individuals with mental health issues, and able to support people on their journey to recovery. As well as having an empathy with the core values of RB Mind, the successful applicants will have the skills to provide person-centred support, through one-to-one sessions and through facilitating groups. You will have an awareness of the boundaries we work within when supporting vulnerable adults. You should be enthusiastic and self-motivated, and must be able to work on your own initiative.
