To succeed, you will have proven ability of successfully working with vulnerable young people or young adults at-risk. You will also have experience of working in a team delivering a quality customer focussed service.  The ability to manage complex/challenging behaviours and adapt your approach according to those varying needs, is also required.  As is sound I.T and numerical skills and a flexible, resilient and thoughtful approach to your work.
