Job description

2 x Hostel Night Duty Supervisor (BLACKPOOL)

£9.30 per hour (zero hours)

The Ashley Foundation is a large homelessness charity and offers accommodation with support to vulnerable single homeless people.  We are looking to appoint two Night Duty Supervisors on a zero hours contract to work nights, weekends and bank holidays across our 3 hostels in Blackpool. 

Ideally you will have experience in working with vulnerable people. You will have a good understanding of the support needs of homeless people, be non-judgemental in your approach and have good people skills.  You will be willing to go the extra mile and be self-motivated.  You will be able to work alone and under your own initiative. You will be flexible in your approach to work and able to cover shifts at short notice.
