About KLS’ Future Foundations education team
Future Foundations is an education programme of Katherine Low Settlement. Since 2004, KLS’ Future Foundations education team of 10 part-time staff and over 100 volunteers, have supported young refugees and their families in Battersea and the London Borough of Wandsworth to thrive in their education. Through mentoring, family support, casework and homework clubs, we provide the tailored support each young person and their family (if they have one) needs to overcome the barriers to education they face at home and school.
Key Objectives for this Role
Working closely with the Lead Youth Worker and Youth Worker you will help create safe, engaging and inclusive opportunities for children and young people to learn, build confidence and develop positive relationships.
Homework Clubs
Support the running and planning of two weekly homework clubs for children age 5 - 14.
Contribute to the development of engaging session plans and learning activities.
Research and source resources and materials to support activities and learning.
Support to plan and run engaging and fun activities/ongoing projects for children attending the clubs.
Use participatory approaches to ensure young people help shape activities and programme development.
Encourage children and young people to take ownership of activities and contribute to decision-making within the clubs Implement our behaviour management policy and work from a trauma informed perspective.
Support the registration and onboarding of new participants, ensuring records and consent information are accurate and up to date Liaise with families/carers when necessary.
Maintain accurate records, registers, case studies, feedback, photographs and other monitoring information in line with organisational requirements and funding obligations.
Maintain excellent safeguarding practices.
Support the wider Future Foundations team to identify support needs and make referrals to appropriate external services and partner organisations.
Provide cover for youth, mentoring and homework club sessions when required.
Trips and activities
Support the planning and delivery of an annual programme of educational, recreational and enrichment activities, including trips during school holidays.
Ensure that this is done in collaboration with children, young people, their families and other KLS projects.
Assist with the summer programme development, organisation and delivery.
Teamwork and reporting
Work with Future Foundations team members to coordinate work, refer young people and/or parents/carers to our casework and advice team.
Work with Community Learning Coordinator to refer and encourage parent participation in workshops and other activities at KLS.
Contribute information, case studies and impact data for reports to funders, trustees and other stakeholders.
Communicate well with other teams within KLS to provide a high-quality service to our members

This is a joint venture between Citizens Advice Woking (CAW) and i-access, the drug and alcohol community service which offers specialist assessment, support, and treatment to people in Surrey who want help with their drug and/or alcohol use. The role is fixed term to the end of March 2027, but it is hoped that it will continue, subject to funding.
We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our specialist team. It is essential that the applicant has recent experience of advising clients, at Citizens Advice or another comparable organisation.
You will need to demonstrate that you can cope with a demanding caseload and that you are able to monitor and manage your own caseload to meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to work with i-access service users, either remotely or in person, the role is to provide information, advice, and casework in all areas of generalist advice, but particularly in the areas of welfare benefits, debt, and housing. Patience and empathy are essential.
The i-access adviser will need to travel to the three i-access locations in Guildford, Redhill, and Chertsey as well as to CAW’s office in Woking. It's likely the role will also entail working remotely from home, which will require a confidential work space and reliable Wi-Fi.

At Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA), we enrich lives through the unique bond between people and horses. Each year, we support over 39,000 disabled children and adults through activities including riding, carriage driving, and equine assisted programmes such as Quiet Corners and Tea with a Pony. We are pioneers in the therapeutic use of horses, leaders in disability sport, and the only major UK charity focused specifically on the health and wellbeing benefits of bringing people and horses together.

Role Purpose:
This is an exciting time to be joining RDA’s newly refreshed Fundraising Team, and this role will play a vital role in supporting income generation. Enthusiastic and organised, the successful candidate will have strong communication skills, as well as the ability to quickly integrate into the team. This role will focus on supporting the Fundraising team with administration activity, the delivery of high-quality corporate volunteering days and helping the team to achieve our ambitious fundraising targets.
Specific Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to the Fundraising Team, including sending thank you letters and monitoring the team inbox.
· Provide excellent supporter care to RDA donors through regular communications and prompt responses , with a focus on individual donors, corporate partners and legacy administration.

· Support the Community and Events Fundraiser with liaison and management of internal and external stakeholders
· Assist with donor management, including the completion of donor due diligence and data entry into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and the provision of support to the Fundraising and Communications and Marketing teams for the creation of bespoke reports .
· Work closely with the Communications and Marketing team to coordinate donor newsletters and social media posts, and the management of mailing lists.
· Ensure the fundraising content on MyRDA (our internal intranet system) is up to date, through coordination of content with the Fundraising team, making changes where necessary.

What the job involves
As Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, you’ll play a central role in helping us understand and demonstrate the real difference our work makes. You’ll manage the development and delivery of monitoring and evaluation frameworks for our Health Equity, Services and Improvement directorate, ensuring we can track our progress against Prostate Cancer UK’s new strategy with confidence. As part of the Data and Evidence team, you’ll bring together data and insight to tell a clear story about our impact for men and the wider healthcare system.
In this role, you’ll design practical, meaningful ways to measure success, from shaping our key performance indicators to strengthening how we collect and use data over time. You’ll draw on information from multiple sources to build a joined-up view of our activity, and use clear, engaging data visualisation to bring your findings to life. You’ll also support reporting to boards and committees, presenting evidence in a way that is accessible, relevant and supports good decision-making.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, helping them evaluate their work and feel more confident using data in their day-to-day roles. By championing a culture of evidence-based decision making and continuous learning, you’ll help teams see the value of monitoring and evaluation and use it to improve what they do.
Alongside this, you’ll keep a strong overview of activity across the directorate, using data and insight to spot trends, highlight opportunities and drive improvements. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing development of our data and insight approach, helping us strengthen the quality, consistency and impact of how we evaluate and report on our work.
What we want from you
You’ll bring strong expertise in monitoring, evaluation and learning, with experience of applying approaches such as theory of change, outcome harvesting and logic models in practice. You’ll be skilled at evaluating public health or similar programmes, with a strong understanding of impact measurement and the ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data. Experience in data visualisation is important, and familiarity with tools like Tableau or Power BI would be a bonus.
You’ll be comfortable designing surveys and using a range of data collection techniques, alongside a good understanding of UK health data sources. Just as importantly, you’ll be able to communicate complex findings in a clear and engaging way, helping others understand what the data is telling us and why it matters.
You’ll be well organised, with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively across teams, building strong relationships and supporting colleagues to use data with confidence in their day-to-day work.

The Alumni Relations and Development Office is a small, collaborative team responsible for alumni engagement, fundraising, alumni events, and stewardship activity. Working closely with senior College leadership and colleagues across departments, the team delivers a varied programme of events and communications to strengthen engagement and support the College’s development priorities. As a small office, the team works flexibly and collaboratively, with clearly defined but complementary roles. The Development Operations Officer will work closely with the Alumni Relations and Development Manager and the Alumni Relations and Events Officer, and will maintain a close working relationship with the Finance Office.
About the Role
The Development Operations Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the systems, data, reporting and financial processes that underpin fundraising and alumni relations activity at Linacre College. Working at the heart of a small and ambitious team, the postholder will manage the College’s CRM system (Raiser’s Edge/NXT), and will take responsibility for gift administration, reconciliation, data integrity, reporting, segmentation and operational processes. The role requires sound judgement, strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve data, process and finance discrepancies independently within agreed frameworks.
The postholder will provide specialist operational expertise to colleagues, advising on data selection, reporting outputs, CRM use and process improvements. They will play an important role in ensuring that fundraising activity is supported by accurate information, reliable systems and effective financial controls. This is a varied and hands-on role. The postholder will manage a specialist area of Development operations, identify and resolve problems, improve working practices, and support the College’s fundraising ambitions through high-quality data and operational delivery.
