This critical leadership role will require the successful candidate to have experience of working at senior management level within an organisation involved in setting policy for or direct delivery of services to children and/or vulnerable adults. Experience should also include strategic financial management, shaping direction and leadership of diverse teams with a focus on outcomes and performance improvements. A proven track record of representing an organisation on strategic issues and building a constituency of interest with a diverse range of stakeholders is also essential, to ideally to include experience of media engagement and understanding of social media.

Should you be interested in exploring this opportunity you can request a candidate briefing document that provides further information on the organisation, the remit of the role and the selection process.

Clarendon Executive is appointed as NIACRO’s recruitment partner for this selection process.
