REMIX’s HR and Volunteering Manager — Build a Team That Builds a Future

Are you ready to shape the heartbeat of a youth revolution?

At REMIX, we believe that a young person’s background should never limit their future. We’re a 100% volunteer-run youth charity based in East London, driven by purpose, hope, and action. Our mission: to boost confidence, independence, and resilience in pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds — so they can lead the lives they choose.

As REMIX takes off, we’re looking for a dynamic, people-powered HR and Volunteering Manager to build and nurture the incredible team behind our movement. With major opportunities and ambitious growth coming this September, you’ll help us hit the ground running and ensure our volunteers feel supported, valued, and inspired.
