Richmond Carers Centre has the mission to help unpaid and family adult carers to live a full, active and meaningful life by providing them with advice, information, activities, breaks and emotional support either face to face, by phone or by email to enable them to live well.
As the Adult Carers Activities Coordinator, you will directly deliver our leisure break activity and training programmes. You will plan, deliver, promote and review a programme of activities for adult carers, including outreach activities and leisure events, as well as group work to help enhance carers’ health and wellbeing. The core aim of the activity programme is to provide carers with a much needed break from their caring responsibilities, in a safe and social environment where they can meet other carers and focus on their wellbeing.

Main Duties include:
- To coordinate and deliver an established activities programme for adult carers with the aim to provide them with a break from their caring role and socialise with other carers to help reduce their isolation.
- To coordinate and deliver a training workshop programme to provide carers with information and advice to support them with their caring role and opportunities to learn.
- To work with relevant professionals to deliver a programme of wellbeing activities, including yoga, Pilates and complementary therapies.
- To recruit, train, support and manage volunteers and paid sessional staff to contribute to the delivery of a selection of the activities and workshops.
- To research and continually develop the activities and training programmes to ensure it is responsive to carers needs.
- To create promotional material to promote activities and training opportunities to carers registered with Richmond Carers Centre.
- To work with Adult Carers Support Team Leader to ensure activities are within budget, achieving targets and meeting the requirements of funders.

ECHO supports children and young people with heart conditions and their families, who have been treated within the Guy's and St Thomas' NHS network of 47 hospitals. Congenital heart disease is the most common birth defect and affects just under 1 in every 100 babies born throughout the UK.
ECHO helps from diagnosis, which is often during pregnancy, throughout any treatment and care pathway or bereavement. Families are supported at every stage of their heart child’s journey throughout childhood, teenage years and during the transition to adult services.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Peer Support Coordinator to join the BMHWH. This role will support the development and delivery of mental health peer support, as part of the BMHWH service, across the London Borough of Bromley. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting our team of Peer Support Volunteers, ensuring safe and effective delivery of peer-led services. You'll work with the Senior Peer Support Coordinator to meet targets, develop and deliver group programmes, and oversee volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision. This will involve working closely with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust colleagues.
The role requires strong communication across BMHWH teams and includes responsibility for dealing with safeguarding situations that may arise in your groups. You'll also provide some direct, person-centred support to clients, drawing on your lived experience. Accurate record-keeping and outcome monitoring are essential. Occasional out-of-hours work and covering for team colleagues is required.

The role
The special events coordinator will report to the special events manager.
We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic special events coordinator to join the dynamic philanthropy team. You will play a pivotal role in planning, organising, and executing a diverse range of events, providing the best possible experience to some of the charity’s most committed donors through a mixture of bespoke events, engagement events, and as we steer towards starting to do income-generating events.

Hospitals need to free up beds by discharging patients who do not need to remain in hospital. Despite the pressures we want discharges to be safe, successful and as painless as possible for patients. We also want to ensure a patient is not readmitted into hospital.
The Hospital Discharge Community Support Coordinator will match Age UK Lambeth (AUKL) volunteers and partner organisation volunteers to support a patient's discharge. Volunteers could provide support with transport, practical support such as food shopping or completing home safety checks. Upon discharge volunteers may continue supporting patients for up to 4 weeks, providing support in person (at the individual's home or in the community) and over the phone, linking them into support services and helping them access the community to prevent hospital readmission.

Oversee the development of a new, inclusive volunteer programme that offers a range of diverse and challenging volunteer roles to support patients leaving hospital and once settled home.

Work in partnership with the VCS to create 100 volunteering opportunities to support hospital discharge.

Using the volunteer platform, Care for Me, track allocated tasks to ensure they’re completed. Monitor volunteer reports to review the support and work delivered under the project.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with King’s College Hospital and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital to ensure appropriate referrals are made into the service.

The International Organization for Migration in the UK (IOM UK) delivers a range of programming to support migrants, both in the UK and internationally, including projects focusing on protection, modern slavery and human trafficking, diaspora engagement, migration and development, and provision of immigration advice.
This position will support IOM’s work under the direct supervision of the Project Manager, in coordination with the Programme Coordinator, and the overall guidance of the Chief of Mission of IOM UK. Working in close coordination with relevant country offices, units at our HQ in Geneva, Regional Office in Brussels and unit heads at the IOM London, the incumbent will assist in the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of relevant migrant support projects managed by IOM London, in particular related to the voluntary return and reintegration of survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking in the UK. The incumbent will also liaise with external stakeholders on matters related to communications, project development and reporting as well as may represent IOM in external forums and meetings.
Responsabilities:
- Support the implementation of an IOM project which is improving the capacities of UK support providers who assist survivors of modern slavery with voluntary return or repatriation to their countries of origin.
- Assist with the implementation of the operational activities of the relevant projects, including the organisation of project events, project research, implementation of communications activities, and outreach to project stakeholders including government counterparts, diaspora, private sector, civil society and the UN.
- Assist with the timely preparation and submission of all project donor reports (both narrative and financial).
- Maintain close communication with the relevant IOM country offices (especially Albania, Brazil, China, India, Pakistan, Romania and Viet Nam) to collate and verify that data sent from the missions regarding the project is of high quality and in accordance with the donor’s requirements
- Work closely with and support the development of partnerships between IOM and organisations working with survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking in the UK, as well as related organisations such as diaspora and community organisations.
- Assist with IOM UK’s coordination with the UK Government and other UK based stakeholders in the field of migration and modern slavery.
- Assist the IOM Team in the UK to expand its projects and partnerships in the field of migration, protection, and modern slavery and human trafficking, including through project development support and research activities.
- Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring project documents and information are appropriately filed and processed within IOM internal systems.
- Perform other such duties as may be assigned.

After 10 years the senior project manager has stepped down and FIGO are seeking to use this as an opportunity to review the project delivery model.
The Interim Senior Project Manager role will lead the FIGO Fistula Project on an interim basis and be responsible for the ongoing delivery of the project during that period. In addition, they will be expected to review the project delivery model, ensuring that the project aligns to best practice and delivers in the most effective and efficient manner possible for the future, whilst ensuring agreed project outcomes.
