Job Summary:
As part of the Website and Digital Content Team and wider Digital Marketing Department you will oversee Relate at Family Action’s website and online client experience, driving brand awareness and sales of products and services.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Relate’s website and the writing of digital content, and support the brand’s long term transformation as part of the adaptive change programme, working closely with the Website and Digital Content Manager, Head of Digital Marketing, Brand and Marketing Manager and other key stakeholders.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Manage and optimise Relate at Family Action’s website and online user experience, driving traffic, engagement and sales of products and services.
2. Work closely with key colleagues including the Brand and Marketing Manager, Website and Digital Content Manager and Social Media Team to position and market Relate’s services and plan content.
3. Work closely with B2C and B2B teams, and other internal stakeholders to understand website requirements and improve representation online.
4. Manage digitally delivered products such as Toolkits and Relate’s AI chatbot, including re-marketing and upgrade activity to drive clients to further services on the website.
5. Support the creation of new Toolkits for sale, working closely with the Brand and Marketing Manager and service delivery colleagues to research and test new topics and write content.
6. Develop and write keyword rich content including stories, and support articles on often sensitive subjects, to build brand awareness, improve findability and warm up audiences.
7. Monitor and improve SEO across the Relate website.
8. Support Relate’s adaptive change programme including the website review workstream, working closely with the Website and Digital Content Manager, Head of Digital Marketing and other key stakeholders.
9. Support the development of a new CRM for Relate, working closely with the Systems and Technology Team and Service Delivery Team to ensure a seamless front end client experience.
10. Manage existing infrastructure and systems integrated across the website client journey such as Acuity Scheduling, Typeform and Stripe.
11. Maintain and improve Relate’s website accessibility ensuring it meets WCAG 2.1 AA standard wherever possible.
12. Use sophisticated data and insight tools to test, measure and evaluate content, and website performance, and monitor emerging trends in the wider market.
13. Produce regular reports for senior stakeholders including data and commentary around website performance.
14. Work with external agencies to deliver effective PPC search and display ad campaigns.
15. Manage relationships with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers involved in digital initiatives at Relate.

We are a young and thriving charity providing education about healthy and unhealthy behaviours so that young people have the knowledge and skills to avoid abuse and thrive in their relationships. Job Description
This is a new role, joining a small and growing fundraising team. The purpose of this Trusts and Foundations Fundraising Manager role is to grow LMK’s income generation from Charitable Trusts and Foundations, to support delivery of LMK’s mission.
The role is a true combination of independent and collaborative working. Independent in the writing of bespoke funding applications and reports, maintaining accurate records on LMK’s CRM, and researching to continually build LMK’s pipeline of Trusts & Foundation prospects.
And collaborative in the close working with LMK’s core team to monitor and report on restricted grants, and working together with the wider fundraising team on creative projects such as: maintaining an updated library of cases for support, implementation of fresh and creative stewardship strategies that bring LMK supporters closer to our work, and cultivation strategies that engage supporters to whom LMK is brand new.
The role requires strong relationship building skills, which will be drawn upon in your direct working with Trust & Foundation supporters and internally with LMK colleagues.
Key Responsibilities

Writing bespoke funding applications: you will be responsible for maintaining a regular pipeline of applications, writing and submitting proposals to new and existing Trust & Foundation supporters, including six-figure and multi-year grants, working to targets for both income generated and outputs (e.g. number of proposals per month).

Grant reporting: using LMK’s CRM system and working collaboratively with the core team to produce high quality, timely reports for both restricted and unrestricted grants.

Providing excellent relationship management: to build trusted and lasting relationships with existing and new supporters, including delivery of stewardship and cultivation strategies.

Case for support development: with support from the wider fundraising team, you will maintain a library of creative and compelling cases for support for use in Trusts & Foundations fundraising.

Researching Prospects: identifying suitable new Trusts & Foundations for LMK to approach, and developing and delivering approaches to cultivate early, new relationships.

Maintaining accurate, data-compliant records on LMK’s CRM: ensuring all grant records are stored securely, and delivery commitments are effectively communicated to relevant staff members in a timely manner.

Person Specification

Proven experience of leading on Trust & Foundation applications generating high 5-figure and multi-year grants.

Experience of working with colleagues to provide financial information to funders e.g. developing budgets for grant requests and financial reporting at the end of a grant.

At least 3 years’ experience in successfully delivering and/or supporting a grant fundraising programme, including demonstrable experience of working to targets and managing multiple deadlines, and understanding the trust & foundations fundraising landscape.

Successfully managing a portfolio of at least 15 Trusts and Foundation relationships, with evidence of providing excellent relationship management and stewardship strategies resulting in renewed and/or increased levels of financial support from partners.

Experience of using a CRM system to manage all aspects of grant fundraising, including maintaining a pipeline of grant prospects, managing live grants, and regular data input that helps to store a full picture of our funder relationships.

Excellent written skills, with proven experience of developing a compelling case for support that connects prospective funders with the charity’s mission and is grounded in the charity’s strategic priorities and funding needs.

Working closely with Birmingham City FC, partners and other Foundation members you will lead the ‘Blues Go Green’ project and team in delivering an exciting, innovative and compelling change programme. Birmingham City FC Foundation is growing. The Foundation team are passionate about working together to make change happen. Role Description
BASIC is seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Manager (Policy Fellow) to lead BASIC’s deliverables within our joint project with the Federation of the American Scientists (FAS): ‘From the Noise, the Signal’.
The project investigates how emerging and disruptive technologies (EDTs) pose credible threats and disrupt traditional assumptions regarding relative military advantages and disadvantages. One such assumption is the traditional dominance of hiders over seekers in the military domain which appears to be increasingly challenged by a package of EDTs. These technologies operate across military domains, including: outer space and the upper atmosphere, air, ground, sea surface, undersea, and cyber. Research has, however, not yet fully assessed EDTs collective impacts on hider-seeker dynamics, at a time where technologies are advancing faster than policy.
This joint FAS-BASIC project addresses this gap in both the research literature and policy discourse through collaboration with an interdisciplinary community of scientific, technical, and OSINT experts, to build a higher-resolution picture of the technological readiness according to the open-source.
This high-impact role offers the opportunity to deliver the research and manage the part of the project that covers sea-based dimensions. The second phase will bring the project’s sea- and land-based dimensions together, and assess the overall strategic implications of these technological advances for nuclear stability.
The Project Manager is expected to have a solid understanding of global security, nuclear nuclear issues, and expertise in EDTs and nuclear weapons issues demonstrated through a record of relevant (policy) research. The successful candidate will have experience with convening and leading high level dialogues and experience with project delivery.

TBliss has recently been awarded a one-year grant from the Welsh Government to deliver a programme of work to support and drive neonatal service transformation across the country. In line with Bliss new 4-year strategy, this programme will work with neonatal healthcare professionals across the 9 neonatal units in Wales, support families whose babies need this vital care, and include research and policy work to improve care across the country.

Working as part of a programme team, reporting to the Senior Accessibility Specialist you will act as lead on building, piloting and embedding a new Equality Impact Assessment process and upskilling colleagues for use across the organisation.
You will develop close relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including project managers, portfolio office, transformation teams and the EDI team; working collaboratively to ensure our policies, projects and programmes have an equitable approach from their inception.
You will have experience of successfully developing and supporting others in conducting Equality Impact Assessments or equivalent data analysis to inform evidence-based decision making. Leading and enabling change to improve inclusivity in an organisation, community or movement building setting. You will be an effective influencer with a record of working with others to achieve results.

This role may include line managing volunteers.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
- Experience of conducting and supporting Equality Impact Assessments or similar assessments and data analysis that informs policy and procedure
- Strong understanding of intersectionality and generalist EDI knowledge, including the Equality Act 2010, to inform specialist advice and guidance
- Experienced in delivering strategic interventions and influencing positive change at all levels of a large and complex organisation
- Comfortable in proactively challenging internal policy, practices and communications to better include marginalised groups
- Experience of designing and delivering resources and training around EDI in a range of formats to meet the learner where they are in terms of their understanding and needs
- Strong experience of project management to enable work to be planned and delivered to a high quality, on time and within resource capacity
- Experience in contributing to change management and enabling organisational transition to new processes
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
Desirable skills, knowledge and experience:
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint and project management systems.
- Knowledge of environmental sector and key relating EDI issues and barriers to participation.
- Line management experience.

We are looking for an experienced Campaigns Manager, who is passionate about driving change and has knowledge and experience of Communications and managing staff. This is a temporary post, whilst we go out to recruitment for a permanent post, during the busiest time of the year for White Ribbon.
The post holder will be leading our national flagship campaign – White Ribbon Day (25th November) and the following 16 days of activism, ensuring existing plans are fully developed and delivered and the campaign meets its goals and targets.
This will involve managing and working with the Campaigns Officer, the Communications Officer and a freelance and part time Project Officer (for the Portraits Project) and additional freelance and part time Communications Officer (for social media). You will need to manage our outsourcing contract with PIC PR (marketing agency) in an effective manner, to achieve our campaign goals.
Close working with the Business Development Manager and the Accreditation and Training team will be required.
You will be responsible for monitoring, evaluation and reporting to the Board of Trustees on the success of the campaign.
You will need to manage the project budget, reporting to our Finance Manager, and ensure that our campaign sponsors are happy.
