Job description

Target Ovarian Cancer is looking for a  Campaigns Officer to help women with ovarian cancer, their families and friends make their voices heard. You will bring lived experience to the heart of our campaigning, inspire supporters to take action and help ensure ovarian cancer becomes the priority it urgently needs to be.

We are an ambitious charity, building on our achievements and targeting what’s important to stop ovarian cancer devastating lives - symptoms awareness, early diagnosis, better treatments and support for all. We are also investing in our future. This is an exciting time to be joining Target Ovarian Cancer as we continue to grow as an organisation. Join us and together we'll fight for a world where ovarian cancer doesn’t devastate lives.

Whether your campaigning experience comes from a paid or voluntary role, what matters most is your energy, curiosity and determination to improve outcomes for women with ovarian cancer. If you are an engaging communicator and practical problem-solver, excited by the opportunity to empower women with ovarian cancer, their families and friends to campaign for change, we'd love to hear from you. Help us transform outcomes, championing  earlier diagnosis, better treatment and access to the support everyone deserves, creating lasting change for everyone affected by ovarian cancer across the UK.

 

 

 

The role is offered either full time 35 hours a week or part time 28 hours a week and is permanent  

We currently offer a hybrid-working model. This means you may usually work from your home or remote location, but are expected to attend meetings and pay for your own travel to the office in , London when required.

Target Ovarian Cancer does not hold a sponsorship licence and therefore cannot sponsor any individual to work in the UK.
