We are looking for a new Membership Co-ordinator to join the team to coordinate our engagement scheme ‘Barnwood Circle’. Barnwood Circle is a network of disabled people, people with mental health conditions, and carers, who inform and shape our work by sharing experiences and expertise.
Our Membership Co-ordinator is a key contact for members. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent administration and coordination of Circle meetups and projects. The Membership Co-ordinator helps us make our communication accessible and relevant to members, and enables members to participate by ensuring access requirements are met.
Specialist experience relevant to disability and mental health challenges, including safeguarding, specialist communications or cultural awareness is welcomed for this role.

Summary of Key Duties:
Coordination of engagement scheme
1. Develop and maintain a project-based overview of Barnwood Circle activity.

4. Provide administration of Barnwood Circle member agreements, payments and expenses claims for taking part in projects with the Barnwood team.

· Support teams across the Trust to engage meaningfully with Barnwood Circle members and create communications to resource this.

Brief role description:

We're hiring a Programmes Coordinator & Facilitator to join our Safe Ground team based in HMP Altcourse. The role involves delivering arts based interventions aimed at supporting participants in their personal development, family relationships, and rehabilitation.
In this role, you’ll help set up, deliver and review arts‑based, therapeutically informed programmes that support men in custody with personal development, family relationships and rehabilitation. You’ll work directly with programme participants, using creative group sessions and person centred approaches to meet individual and group needs. The Dementia Service sits within the Healthier Lifestyles Team and currently offers six monthly Memory Tree Cafés for people living with mild to moderate dementia and their carers, alongside co-located support groups for carers. Cafes are delivered at our Brigstock Road Community Hall and across the borough in local community venues.
The main areas of responsibility for this role are: coordinating, facilitating and expanding the service with lead responsibilities for our newest café and our carers groups. existing café and carers’ group; including prioritising café expansion supported by current funding.
The post holder will take lead responsibility for the delivery, monitoring and evaluation of our dementia-related services across the borough. About the Service and the Role
The Work Well program supports people who are struggling to maintain employment or have recently lost their employment due to health challenges.
Work Well Coaches may request the allocation of a personal support budget, this post holder will ensure that individual budgets and the fund as a whole are managed within the parameters of the project.
Working across the Work Well Team, other stakeholders and the CPSL Mind Finance Team, the post holder will monitor spending against personal support budgets, including matching of invoices or receipts to individual spends. They will monitor the total allocation of personal budgets and prepare monthly invoices to the program funders, alongside additional administration, research of and procurement of services and reporting across the county.

About Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership (KBOP)
KBOP is a mission driven social enterprise working with a partnership of expert delivery organisation to provide floating support to vulnerable people across Kirklees. Through following an asset-based approach focusing on people’s strengths and aspirations, we enable people to secure accommodation and to give them the skills required to sustain these tenancies independently over time, with a key focus on helping people into employment.
The project is an outcomes contract where we are paid for enabling people to achieve positive improvements in their lives relating to accommodation, education, employment and wellbeing. This model allows flexibility in how the service is delivered with a focus on evolving the service delivery model over time to best enable the people we support. The role of KBOP is to drive continuous improvement across the service, set the strategy for the programme, and manage key stakeholder relationships, including with Kirklees Council, the service commissioner.
About the Opportunity:
The Initial Engagement Co-ordinator is a pivotal role to the function of KBOP. Working alongside the Team Leader and KBOP Central Hub, the role is the first point of contact for any individual or referring body seeking to access support from KBOP.
The responsibility of this role is to listen and understand the experiences of anyone contacting KBOP to determine how our service can support and enable them to overcome their current challenges, achieving their goals and ambitions. Ensuring that individuals feel supported from the first point of accessing KBOP and any immediate needs met with verbal advice, support and guidance over the phone.
This role will determine that anyone referred into the service is eligible and all information required to ensure to direct someone to the most suitable delivery partner, is available on the referral form. Signposting to alternative services if KBOP cannot meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· To engage with individuals contacting KBOP in a positive, asset focused way. Ensuring they feel heard and empowered to make their own decisions regarding the support they would like to receive.
· Clarifying ambitions, needs and eligibility of individuals seeking to access support from KBOP. Redirecting to other services if they do not have a housing need or currently accessing support from other services in Kirklees.
· If individual does have a housing need or is not currently supported by another services in Kirklees, assessing presenting ambition or needs to determine suitability for KBOP service.
· Once suitability has been confirmed, providing initial advice, support and guidance to individuals or referring bodies seeking to access support from KBOP. Supporting any individual with low level guidance & interventions to ensure their needs are met and ambitions supported.
· Responding to any enquiry into the KBOP service. This will be via phone or email.
· Identify eligibility of initial enquiries to KBOP service – checking for completion of referral form & signature of participant giving consent. If individual is not eligible for the service redirecting to another suitable service within Kirklees.
· Ensuring all information fields on initial referral have been completed – prioritising personal contact information to ensure Delivery Partners have the right information to engage individuals as quickly as possible.
· Updating applicable IT systems such as CDP Soft to ensure all relevant data is recorded in the system.
· Working with the central KBOP team to determine suitable Delivery Partner and updating system accordingly.
· Contacting referral body or individual seeking to access KBOP to confirm outcome of the initial process.
· Acting at all times in a positive, empowering, courteous and supportive manner to ensure any individual feels engaged with the KBOP programme.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Drive team in Lancashire following the expansion of the service. We are looking for a Co-ordinator to provide the administration for our DAPP’s (Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Panels). We are looking for someone who believes in behaviour change work and who has an interest in working closely with the Police and our partners to take forward this critical role within the service.
The Role
The Co-ordinator will receive and process referrals into Drive and will produce agenda’s and minutes for monthly multi-agency DAPP meetings. You will provide administrative support to the wider team and access the police systems to research information for the panel. You will support the Service Manager in providing data for reporting to Drive Central and the commissioners.
About you
You will bring a solid foundation of IT, English and numeracy skills, supported by confidence using Microsoft applications and managing high-volume workloads. You can adapt to changing demands, communicate clearly in writing and in person, and work well as part of a team. Experience in areas such as domestic abuse, violence against women and girls, or offender management is helpful, as is familiarity with police or or offender-related systems. You understand risk, safeguarding, and the behaviours associated with domestic abuse, and you can apply this knowledge when handling information or supporting multi-agency work.
This role suits someone who can plan their workload, follow set procedures, and work with a variety of internal and external contacts. You will represent the service professionally, maintain confidentiality, and support the ongoing delivery of the Drive Project.
Fluency in an additional language and skills in group work are also advantageous. You stay updated with best practices and new initiatives.
