As our Digital Fundraising & Campaigns Lead, you’ll manage and oversee the delivery of our digital fundraising and donor acquisition activities, ensuring campaigns are innovative, data-driven and aligned with our mission.
Leading a small, talented team of marketing and campaign professionals, you’ll lead the campaign development function in cross-departmental planning, including events that drive donor acquisition and fundraising.
You’ll help us tell powerful stories, deepen engagement and help grow our community of supporters, shaping end-to-end integrated digital campaigns that build and strengthen relationships and help us bring hope and practical aid to remote communities.
Alongside campaign strategy and execution, you’ll be involved in paid media activity and digital performance, providing strategic oversight, guiding agency relationships and driving continuous improvement.

About You

This is a senior leadership appointment, reporting to the Director of Resources and leading a Finance team of around nine, including the payroll function. Job Title: Philanthropy Officer
We're looking for an organised, proactive Philanthropy Officer to support our work engaging high-net-worth individuals and the wealth advisers who refer them to our work, maintaining a strong pipeline of partners and donors.
You'll support prospecting and, where appropriate, outreach and relationship management across wealth adviser partnerships, helping to grow our referrals and giving channels. Alongside this, you'll help coordinate the logistics and admin behind our Planet Adviser Network, helping build and sustain the pool of wealth advisers collaborating with us.
On the HNW side, you'll support contact mapping across GRP's donors, contacts and Board to help identify high-net-worth individuals and families, and support relationship management with them when appropriate.
The ideal candidate will be excited to take on admin and logistics for major donor stewardship: including our Planet Leadership Circle, support of big and small HNW events, helping produce major donor impact materials (including reports), and other stewardship touches.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trusts and grants fundraiser to lead the Charity's trusts, grants and foundations strategy. The role aims to secure multi-year four, five and six-figure grants and build a reliable, sustainable income stream. Reporting to the Fundraising Lead, you'll develop and manage a robust pipeline end-to-end (research, cultivation, application, reporting and renewal), write compelling cases for support and tailored proposals, and work closely with service delivery and finance colleagues to shape fundable projects with clear, measurable outcomes. You'll also steward existing funders through high-quality communications and reporting, keep accurate records and insight on income trends, and act as the internal specialist point of reference on the UK grant funding landscape.
The successful candidate will bring significant experience of securing and managing substantial trust/foundation and/or statutory income, with a demonstrable track record of delivering against annual targets and building a healthy pipeline. You'll be confident working independently and proactively, able to develop strong cross-organisational relationships, and comfortable picking up the phone to develop new funder relationships. We're looking for a curious and capable Impact and Communications Officer to help us find, assess, report on and support some of the world’s highest impact climate and nature charities.
Internally, you will play a critical role in supporting the research on charities within our portfolio that our Due Diligence Committee oversees – helping develop our methodology and feeding into charity selection and assessment projects. You’ll help write impact reports and coordinate webinars for our network about our charities. We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer to lead the operations team, join the management team and support the CEO. About the role
We are looking for an experienced and relationship-focused Senior Foundation & Institutional (F&I) Relationships Officer to join our Fundraising team. You will manage a portfolio of foundation and institutional funders, delivering excellent account management and stewardship while helping to secure continuation and increased funding.
You will play an important role across the full grant lifecycle, from developing compelling applications and donor communications through to reporting, compliance and ongoing relationship management. The Southmead Project is seeking an experienced and motivated Fundraiser to support the charity’s long-term financial sustainability.
The postholder will identify, research and secure funding from trusts, foundations, charitable bodies, statutory funders and other appropriate sources. The Philanthropy Team raises income for Impetus and for Impetus partner charities. The team consists of 15 staff. Impetus has an annual income of c.£11 million which we are looking to grow significantly within the next few years. The team is led by two Directors of Philanthropy and Partnerships.

About this role
The Engagement Manager is an experienced professional who plays a key role in supporting donor engagement across all Impetus donors, enabling the team to provide best practice and high-quality donor stewardship and a platform for the renewal of key philanthropic gifts.
The Engagement function is responsible for pro bono and volunteering. Reporting to the Head of Engagement, the Engagement Manager is responsible for supporting the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the volunteering programme, ensuring it delivers high-quality opportunities, contributes to agreed KPIs and evolves in line with the needs of funders and the organisation.
The postholder will account manage key relationships with mid-level supporters and internal stakeholders, working across teams to deliver meaningful and well-coordinated engagement opportunities.
