We are looking for a confident, skilled Facilitator to lead interactive workshops, guide group discussions, and ensure high-value delivery for our client sessions. Based out of London, you will deliver local sessions while occasionally traveling to client sites across the UK when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and guide interactive workshops and group facilitation sessions.

• Create an inclusive, welcoming environment that encourages active audience engagement and collaboration.

• Adapt session structure and tone on the fly to suit varied group dynamics and objectives.

• Maintain session timelines, manage key deliverables, and keep participants focused.

• Travel to external event locations outside London for project delivery as required.

Requirements

• Proven track record in group facilitation, coaching, training delivery, or public speaking.

• Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage group energy, keep sessions on track, and handle dynamic discussions smoothly.

• Willingness to travel outside London, including occasional overnight stays (all accommodation and travel costs provided).

• Professional, punctual, and adaptable mindset.
