Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C is a pioneering podcast, YouTube channel, and healing membership organisation dedicated to creating a safe platform for survivors and whistleblowers to share lived experiences, expose systemic failures, and promote healing through culturally trauma-informed care.

Our organisation combines healing, education, advocacy, and empowerment through honest storytelling and community transformation. Job Purpose

The Volunteer Whistleblower Relations & Booking Officer will play a vital role in identifying, connecting with, and booking whistleblowers, former insiders, survivors, and experts linked to child abuse and institutional failures for podcast interviews and discussions.

The successful candidate will conduct research, outreach, relationship building, and guest coordination while professionally representing the organisation’s mission and values.

The Role: 

As a volunteer, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Sorting, pricing and organising book donations
• Identifying valuable and collectable books
• Create attractive and engaging book displays
• Assisting with the placement of books on shelves
• Greeting and assisting customers with book enquiries
• Assisting with till operations when needed

• Has a passion for books and is perhaps in a book club
• Has good attention to detail
• Is friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic
• Is reliable and able to work as part of a team
• Previous experience working with books is a plus, but not essential

Your Time:

Our shop operates from 10:00 to 18:00, and we’re looking for someone who can volunteer for a minimum of 4 hours either in the morning or afternoon, whenever you are available in arrangement with the shop manager.

Who are Dance Professionals Fund? 

Dance Professionals Fund is an award-winning registered CIO providing financial and wellbeing support to dancers, dance teachers and choreographers. Our dedicated services bring together a range of effective ways of supporting dance professionals, including financial grants, signposting to support services, injury rehabilitation, career upskilling support and access to professional counselling. Dance professionals will receive holistic support from us whatever their situation. 

Role Description 

We are seeking trustees to join us from January 2027 for an initial term of three years.We are looking for a range of skills and experience, including: 

• Experience and/or specialism in commercial dance or street dance

• A recreational dance teacher and/or owner of a dance school 

• Background/experience in finance in a senior role or on a charity Board 

• Experience within a benevolent fund as either as staff or trustee

• Background in legal expertise, in a senior role or on a charity Board 

• Strong communication skills, comprehensive networking experience

The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN) is a leading national centre of excellence and one of the longest running charities and independent hospitals in the UK.

The RHN provides adult person centred services across the entire care pathway; from post acute rehabilitation to end of life care for people with complex neuro-disabilities. Underpinned by a strong research and education framework, the RHN is more than a hospital; it is a vibrant community where residents engage in music, art and holistic support to achieve the best possible quality of life.

Within our governance structure, the finance committee plays an important role in overseeing all financial matters including ensuring that our externally managed investment portfolio delivers targeted returns. The committee meets quarterly for two hours during office hours, remote access can be arranged though face to face attendance is preferred. In addition occasional meetings may be called to discuss investment performance.

We are looking for a Co-optee experienced in the management of charity investment portfolios to specifically assist trustee members of the finance committee in understanding and monitoring the performance of the portfolio; and further, all other areas of the committee’s business.

The position is unremunerated but reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.

As a Grants and Funding Volunteer, you will play a vital role in supporting our work. You will:

• Identify and apply for funding opportunities through compelling proposals
• Craft engaging campaigns to attract donors and increase awareness
• Develop clear and impactful communication strategies to share our mission and successes with stakeholders, partners, and the public

You'll collaborate closely with the admin team, a small group of volunteers who work behind the scenes to enable our success with our project goals. You'll also liaise with our Project Director to align your work with the trust's aims and objectives.

This role is adaptable to your skills and interests. Whether your expertise lies in campaign writing, digital communications, or event-based fundraising, we’ll work with you to tailor the responsibilities and focus areas to make the most of your time and talents.

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to create impactful messaging across multiple platforms, such as social media, press releases, or donor communications.
• Digital Marketing and Social Media: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including using social media for engagement and online fundraising.
• Relationship Building: Experience in building and maintaining relationships with donors, corporate sponsors, or community groups.
• Project Management: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
