Job description

Volunteering with Enfield Citizens Advice is one of the best ways that you can make a difference in your local community.  Our main support areas are Welfare Benefits, Housing and Debt where we offer advice or signpost clients to where to find information to help themselves.  We run a very busy service and you would be at the centre of supporting the service to run efficiently by supporting clients and our staff with a variety of admin and reception duties. 

We offer full training and cover travel expenses within the boundaries of the Borough of Enfield. 

Our volunteers come from a range of backgrounds, and we particularly welcome applications from disabled people, people with physical or mental health conditions, LGBT+ and non-binary people, and people from Black Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities.
