Gala Table Host & Fundraising Event Volunteer

Join Goodwill Caravan for our upcoming Winter Fundraising Gala at the Corinthia Hotel London, hosting a variety of corporate guests and law firms to raise vital funds for refugee legal aid and anti-trafficking projects. We are looking for 10-12 professional, welcoming volunteers to act as Table Hosts and assist with guest check-ins and donations.

About Goodwill Caravan 

Goodwill Caravan is a non-profit humanitarian charity providing anti-trafficking protection, emergency aid, and critical legal support for vulnerable refugees across the UK, Greece, US, and Egypt. With our work, over 350,000 refugees have been helped, 3,750 families have been sheltered and 55,000 legal cases have been successful. By volunteering with us you are directly supporting a global team dedicated to human rights, legal justice and refugee protection.

The Role: Gala Table Host and Support

• Table Hosting: Act as the main charity point-of-contact for a designated table of 10 guests.
• Donations: Use simple, handheld card machines to securely process guest donations.
• Guest Welcome: Support our core team with front-of-house check-ins and wayfinding as guests arrive.

Event Details & Logistics

• Date & Time: Saturday, 14th November | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Location: Corinthia Hotel, 10 Whitehall Pl, London SW1A 2BD
• Training: A training session/meeting will be held one week before the event to assign roles and answer questions. 

What We Look For

• Dress Code: Formal or Evening Wear (all-black preferred).
• Strong communication skills, an approachable attitude, and high reliability.
