You don’t need to be Scottish or have Scottish heritage — just bring your organisational skills, your enthusiasm, and your willingness to help our committee support the Clan Chief in promoting the Lyonic Scots.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing agendas and taking clear, accurate minutes at committee meetings.

• Keeping our records, documents, and communications organised.

• Helping ensure the committee stays on track with actions and deadlines.

• Supporting the Chair‑person and Vice Chair with smooth administration.

• Acting as a key point of contact for internal communication.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone organised, reliable, and good at keeping details straight.

• Comfortable writing minutes and managing basic admin tasks.

• A friendly communicator who enjoys supporting a team.

• Able to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

• No Scottish roots needed — just the right skills and a positive attitude.
