Then we’d be honoured to welcome you as our Secretary of External Affairs.

The Lyonic Scots is seeking a confident, diplomatic, and relationship‑focused volunteer to help manage our external outreach, working closely with the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, and the Prince of Scots (Clan Chief) as part of the Lyons Council.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Clan Chief and Lyons Council in building international relationships.

• Acting as a key point of contact for external organisations, cultural groups, and partners.

• Helping promote the Lyonic Scots on a global stage.

• Coordinating outreach, correspondence, and international engagement.

• Strengthening ties with other clans, societies, and cultural bodies.

• Ensuring clear, positive communication between the Lyonic Scots and external communities.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone diplomatic, confident, and comfortable communicating with diverse groups.

• A clear, friendly communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

• Organised and reliable, with an interest in cultural outreach and partnership building.

• A team‑player who can represent the Lyonic Scots with professionalism and warmth.

• No need to be Scottish — just bring your enthusiasm, integrity, and global mindset.
