Job description

HEAD OF VOLUNTEERING (VOLUNTEER)

  1. Build the Team.
  2. Build the Culture.
  3. Build the Movement.

MINDSET Charity is launching a new kind of men’s and boys’ wellbeing movement — practical, real‑world, non‑clinical support that helps men grow, level up and build better lives.

To make that happen, we need a leader who can build the people‑power behind the mission.

This is your role.

As our Head of Volunteering, you’ll shape the spirit, culture and energy of MINDSET from day one. You’ll design the systems, processes and experience that make volunteering with us feel purposeful, organised and genuinely rewarding.

You’ll lead the recruitment, onboarding and engagement of our first wave of volunteers — the founding team who will set the tone for everyone who joins after them.

If you’re someone who loves people, builds strong cultures, and wants to help create a volunteering destination that feels bold, welcoming and full of momentum, this is your chance to be at the heart of something meaningful.

  • Lead the team.
  • Build the culture.
  • Set the standard.

Become the Head of Volunteering who helps launch MINDSET Charity.
