HELPING MEN AND BOYS BUILD BETTER LIVES.

We’re creating something different.

A place where men and boys can build confidence, skills, resilience, connection, purpose and a positive mindset — through practical support, mentoring, buddying, positive role models and simply having people in their corner. Helping them through mental health and wellbeing.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR OUR HR / VOLUNTEERING LEAD

Someone who loves people. Someone who knows how to bring out the best in others. Someone who wants to help build a volunteer community that feels welcoming, supportive, organised and full of purpose.

As our HR / Volunteering Lead, you’ll help shape the experience of every volunteer who joins MINDSET. You’ll help us build a culture where people feel valued, encouraged and part of something meaningful. You’ll help us create simple, friendly processes that make volunteering easy, enjoyable and impactful.

You’ll be the person who helps make MINDSET feel like home.

WHAT YOU MIGHT GET INVOLVED IN

• Helping us recruit brilliant volunteers from across London.

• Creating a warm, welcoming onboarding experience for new team members.

• Supporting volunteers day‑to‑day and helping them thrive in their roles.

• Building simple HR and volunteer processes that keep everything running smoothly.

• Helping us create a positive, inclusive culture where everyone feels part of the mission.

• Bringing your ideas, empathy and organisation to help shape how MINDSET supports its people.

And if you’ve never done this before?

That’s absolutely fine.

You don’t need to have worked for a charity before. You don’t need to know everything. You don’t need to be an expert.
