As our Volunteering Team Lead, you’ll shape the experience of every volunteer who joins MINDSET. You’ll help us build a culture where people feel valued, encouraged and part of something meaningful. You’ll help us create simple, friendly processes that make volunteering easy, enjoyable and impactful.

You’ll help make MINDSET feel like home.
