Job description

Join the Movement — Help Build MINDSET Charity from the Ground Up

Poor mental health can affect anyone — but men and boys are often less likely to talk about how they feel. That’s why we’re building MINDSET Charity, a London‑based movement focused on boy's and men’s mental health and wellbeing through action‑based growth, not therapy and non clinical.

We’re in our concept stage, shaping the foundations of a charity that will empower men and boys to build stronger minds, better habits and brighter futures. We need passionate volunteers to help us bring this vision to life.

If you believe in purpose, progress and positive change — we want you. You’ll be part of a small, driven team helping us design programmes, build partnerships, and create a safe space where men and boys can grow through reflection, resilience and real‑world action.

This isn’t just volunteering — it’s joining a movement. A chance to help men take ownership of their wellbeing, find confidence, and become the best version of themselves.

We’re looking for:

  • Creative thinkers and doers.

  • People with lived experience or empathy for men’s mental health.

  • Volunteers who want to help shape something meaningful from the ground up.

Together, we’ll build MINDSET Charity — one conversation, one action, one life at a time.

Apply now and be part of the change.
