Volunteer Opportunity: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Are you highly organised, proactive, and looking to gain experience supporting senior leadership? We’re seeking a dedicated Volunteer Personal Assistant to support our CEO with day-to-day tasks and help ensure the smooth running of their schedule and priorities.

Role Overview:
As a Volunteer Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will provide essential administrative and organisational support, helping to manage schedules, coordinate communications, and assist with key tasks. This is a unique opportunity to gain insight into leadership and strategic decision-making within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Assist with email management, drafting responses, and prioritising communications

  • Organise and prepare documents, reports, and meeting materials

  • Take minutes during meetings and track follow-up actions

  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO

  • Support with general administrative tasks and special projects

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach

  • Confidence using digital tools (e.g. email, calendars, documents)
