The Opportunity

The Principality of Lys is more than a state; it is a community of individuals united by the pillars of beauty, culture, honour, and community. As we grow, we are seeking a visionary Head of Community to nurture our most valuable asset: our citizens.

You will be responsible for the social heartbeat of the Principality. Your role is to bridge the gap between our leadership and our citizens, fostering a digital and global environment where every member feels heard, valued, and connected to the mission of Lys.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Community Strategy: Developing and implementing initiatives to foster engagement, belonging, and loyalty among our citizens.

• Platform Leadership: Overseeing our community hubs (e.g., social forums, private groups, or engagement platforms), ensuring they remain safe, respectful, and vibrant spaces.

• Event & Experience Design: Organizing virtual and real-world gatherings, ceremonies, and cultural events that celebrate the spirit of Lys.

• Citizen Advocacy: Acting as the voice of the community to the Prince’s Office, ensuring that citizen feedback is integrated into our future planning.

• Cultural Stewardship: Setting the standard for how our citizens interact with one another, fostering a culture of mutual respect and high honour.

Who You Are

• You are an experienced Community Manager or Engagement Specialist with a proven track record of growing and nurturing online/offline communities.

• You are highly empathetic, a skilled mediator, and a natural diplomat who can navigate diverse perspectives with grace.

• You possess a deep understanding of social dynamics and the digital tools required to build a sense of community in a remote/global environment.

• You are deeply passionate about the vision of Lys and are dedicated to making it a place where people truly feel they belong.
