Volunteer HR & Volunteering Manager – Build the Heartbeat of REMIX

REMIX is a start‑up, youth‑led social mobility charity transforming young lives across London. Based in Shoreditch, we empower young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to unlock their potential, build confidence and develop essential life skills through nurturing mentorship, inspiring role models and transformative opportunities.

Now we’re looking for a Volunteer HR & Volunteering Manager — someone passionate, organised and people‑focused — to help us build something truly special: a volunteering programme that feels energising, supportive, inclusive and full of team spirit.

What You’ll Lead

As our Volunteer HR & Volunteering Manager, you’ll take the lead on designing, building and delivering REMIX’s entire volunteering ecosystem, including:

  • Setting up our volunteering programme from the ground up

  • Designing systems, processes and frameworks that are smooth, clear and youth‑centred

  • Creating a positive, team‑spirited volunteer culture where people feel valued, supported and excited to contribute

  • Leading the recruitment of volunteers across all REMIX roles

  • Designing and delivering onboarding experiences that feel warm, inspiring and professional

  • Supporting volunteer wellbeing, development and engagement

  • Helping shape policies, safeguarding processes and best practice

  • Championing diversity, inclusion and youth‑led values in everything we do

Your work will ensure every volunteer feels part of something meaningful — and that REMIX has the strong, supportive foundation it needs to grow.
